General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Sam (Kelly Monaco) will have to face the reality of her situation. She’s spent the past few episodes focused on rescuing Drew (Billy Miller), so Jason (Steve Burton) was pushed to the back of her mind. Unfortunately, Sam will be torn once again as her life returns to normal. Her conflicted feelings will bubble up and it’ll push her to make a risky decision.
Jason told Sam she didn’t have to tell Drew anything about their love confessions. He knows how she feels and that’s all that matters. However, Sam can’t look Drew in the eyes day after day and keep this secret. She’d feel like she was lying to him as well as herself. Sam wants to admit what she’s dealing with, even if it hurts one of the men she cares about.
General Hospital spoilers say Sam will decide to come clean on Friday’s new GH episode, March 23, so some shocking moments are on the way. Sam will try to break the news to Drew as gently as possible. She’ll confess that she’s in love with Jason, but she’ll promise that she loves Drew, too.
Of course, that won’t bring much consolation. As Sam’s husband, Drew wants to be her one and only. When Sam updates him on what happened during the earthquake aftermath, Drew will hit the roof! He’ll rant about Jason and most likely rip into Sam for deceiving him. Drew may feel like Sam should’ve been honest about her feelings before they tied the knot.
Drew’s point of view makes sense, but Sam couldn’t even be honest with herself at that point. Instead of acknowledging how she felt, Sam just shoved those feelings aside and tried to keep her distance from Jason. That plan didn’t work out, so now things are about to get messy on GH. Sam’s in for a bumpy ride once she spills all!
Drew will eventually determine that he needs to be alone with his thoughts. After Sam drops the bomb, it’ll be too painful to be around her. General Hospital spoilers say Drew will walk out on Sam and start throwing back plenty of alcohol. He’ll get drunk to numb the pain of Sam’s difficult admission. During the week of March 26 Drew will encounter Jason and a jealous brawl will break out!
