General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Friday, February 23, tease that Andre (Anthony Montgomery) will be released from prison. When he shows back up as a free man, Anna (Finola Hughes) will smile and wonder what took him so long. She’ll be glad to have her friend by her side, especially since she needs his help.
GH fans can expect Anna and Andre to become a dynamic duo. They might team up to find the daughter Anna supposedly had or renew the hunt for Heinrik. Either way, Andre and Anna will undoubtedly follow Peter’s (Wes Ramsey) trail soon enough.
Elsewhere, Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) will seek updates from Finn (Michael Easton). She’ll want to know where things stand with Anna. Finn will point out that he told Anna how he feels and she shot him down. He’ll think it’s time to move on, but “Fanna” may not be over for good. Since Anna’s still pining for Finn, there’s still hope for them as a couple.
Other General Hospital spoilers say Kevin (Jon Lindstrom) will give Franco (Roger Howarth) some advice. He might urge Franco to come clean to Liz (Rebecca Herbst) before his wedding. It’s obvious that Franco’s childhood secrets are taking a toll on him.
Franco will shut down any idea that could put his future with Liz in jeopardy. He’ll insist that Kevin shouldn’t blow this for him. Across town, Liz will have a chat with Epiphany (Sonya Eddy). She’ll gush about how happy Franco makes her, but Epiphany will certainly have some doubts about their impending marriage.
Nevertheless, Epiphany will hope Liz is right about Franco. She won’t want Liz to get hurt, so she’ll insist that she’s rooting for them. At Ava’s (Maura West) gallery, she’ll let Griffin (Matt Cohen) take a look at the security footage. Ava will explain that a belligerent, confused man broke some expensive artwork.
Of course, GH viewers know that man was Mike (Max Gail). Griffin will soon know it as well. When he views the footage, he’ll immediately recognize his new Alzheimer’s patient. Over with Sonny (Maurice Benard), he’ll confront Mike about taking off. Sonny will argue that Mike can’t keep disappearing like that.
Elsewhere, a rattled Carly (Laura Wright) will speak with Jason (Steve Burton). She’ll admit that something strange is going on. Nelle (Chloe Lanier) made sure Carly got another phone call, so it seems she’s set up some prerecorded messages. She’s really got her scheme all figured out – at least for now!
Carly won’t know if this is a threat or some twisted joke, but she’ll clearly be worried. Jason will encourage Carly to fill him in on everything. He’ll do whatever he can to help Carly feel better about the situation. That plan could get tougher as Nelle’s plot moves forward.
