General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Maxie’s (Kristen Storms) facing a horrific ordeal. Her emotions have been all over the place during the last few episodes. Maxie was shocked when Faison (Anders Hove) gunned Nathan (Ryan Paevey) down in front of her. That shock turned to panic and eventually determination.
After Nathan came out of surgery, Maxie alternated between hope and dread. Of course, her fears melted away when Nathan opened his eyes and spoke to her. It was a joyful moment for the duo. Alas, Nathan suddenly flatlined and that means it’s almost the end of the road. General Hospital spoilers say Maxie’s terror will ultimately turn to deep despair.
Maxie will sob over Nathan’s death and mourn for the future they should’ve had together. She’ll realize she’s a widow and will have to raise this kid without her beloved hubby. Felicia (Kristina Wagner) and Mac (John J. York) will embrace Maxie as she struggles under the weight of her suffering.
Dr. Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) and Nina (Michelle Stafford) will be stuck in the same grief boat, so they’ll all try to help each other. Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) and Lulu (Emme Rylan) will do what they can later. However, Maxie will likely be inconsolable. She may even lash out at Lulu again and add to her own agitation. Lulu will continue to feel responsible for what Nathan endured.
General Hospital spoilers state that Maxie’s sorrow will take a toll on her. She had severe pains after she found out about the Faison interview. Once Maxie loses the love of her life, it’s reasonable to think she’ll face another baby crisis. Maxie could have a serious miscarriage scare headed her way.
It makes sense for GH to take this route. Why wouldn’t they want to milk the drama for all it’s worth? If Maxie’s misery lands her in a hospital bed, it’ll rev up the chaos. On Friday, General Hospital spoilers say Maxie will finally get some relief. It appears Nathan may be gone by then and other spoilers suggest that Faison may escape. Maxie obviously wouldn’t be relieved over those developments.
Perhaps the relief will come when Kim (Tamara Braun) delivers positive updates. She might examine Maxie and promise that the baby’s OK. That’s good news since this little one is Maxie’s last link to Nathan. She deserves to keep this small piece of him forever.
