General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Maxie (Kirsten Storms) has some shockers in her future. May sweeps will bring plenty of drama for the pregnant widow, so GH fans had better buckle up! For starters, Peter (Wes Ramsey) and Maxie’s bond will continue to grow. They claim this is a strong friendship, but who are they kidding? It’s clear that a romance is building between these two.
At least one character will declare his or her feelings for someone soon. That info could involve anyone on canvas, but this storyline seems like the best fit. Maxie’s an option, but she might feel like she’s betraying Nathan (Ryan Paevey) if she makes the first move. Her loss is still very much on her mind.
Peter, on the other hand, may not be able to contain his love much longer. He may blurt out how he’s feeling and lead Maxie to admit her love, too. Whatever the case, Maxie and Peter are definitely on the verge of becoming more than friends. That fact will set Maxie up for major heartache.
General Hospital spoilers say the jig is almost up for sneaky Pete! Peter’s true identity will be exposed in May, so Maxie will know she’s been duped. She’s been going on and on about how great Peter is. Maxie’s sure to be crushed and furious when she finds out Peter is actually Heinrik Faison.
Naturally, Peter will scramble to explain. He’ll be desperate to preserve his relationship with Maxie, but she’ll most likely fly into a distraught rage. Of course, the timing of all this isn’t ideal. Maxie’s about to pop out a kid, so it looks like this bombshell could send her into labor.
General Hospital spoilers say a dangerous situation will unfold as the Nurses Ball takes place. What if Maxie can’t make it to GH? Will Peter have to deliver the baby? That would certainly be the soapiest possibility.
Maxie won’t be quick to forgive Peter for his secret, especially since he played a role in summoning Faison (Anders Hove) to Port Charles. Peter is partially responsible for Nathan’s death, so that’ll weigh on Maxie. However, it could offset some of the damage if Peter helps Maxie give birth. Bonus points if the baby isn’t breathing and he saves the child and the day!
