General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Sam (Kelly Monaco) has a major outburst coming up. The reason for her rage could be quite surprising. It looks like the trouble may start thanks to an innocent request. Jake’s (Hudson West) been hesitant to bond with Jason, but a recent chat with Liz (Rebecca Herbst) helped him see this from a different perspective.
Jake still thinks of Drew (Billy Miller) as his dad, but he now has some sympathy for Jason. GH fans know Jake’s a sweet kid with a good heart. He won’t want to keep his biological father at a distance forever. It seems Jake will finally be ready to make a move pretty soon.
On February 13, Jake will catch Jason by surprise. General Hospital spoilers say Jason will find himself in a tricky situation thanks to his boy. Perhaps Jake will decide he’d like to have some father-son time. He might even want Danny (T.K. Weaver) to join them.
Jake should feel sorry for Jason since he’s been on the outside of his family for so long. He might think this is an opportunity to make some progress. It took a while, but Jake now understands that Jason has experienced great loss. He’s softening, so Jake should begin to connect with his dad.
Of course, that’s sure to be rough on Drew (Billy Miller). Jason will likely steal his brother’s thunder somehow. Maybe he’ll take Drew’s spot by attending some Valentine’s Day event for the kids. If not, there’ll inevitably be another way for Jason to step on Drew’s toes.
Later, Sam will find out what went down. She’s made it perfectly clear that Drew is her priority. It was hard for Drew to lose the dad title. He still has Scout, but it’s been tough to accept that Jake and Danny aren’t his biological kids. If Jason fills in for Drew somehow, Sam may feel like he’s pouring salt in the wound.
Sam will blast Jason on February 14, so she could have a big problem with all this. She may attack Jason for spending time with Jake. Danny was drawn to Jason right away, but Jake chose to stand by Drew. As things start to change, Sam may take her anger out on Jason.
Jason missed out on five long years, so he certainly deserves to hang out with one or both of his kids. Nevertheless, Sam may overreact and cause a huge scene. Do you think she should lighten up?
