General Hospital Spoilers: Sam Drawn to Jason, Gives Him the Happiness He Deserves – Drew’s Turn to Suffer

General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Drew (Billy Miller) will face some big problems soon. Some major revelations are headed his way. In addition to some crazy bombshells from his past, Drew will finally find out about that New Year’s Eve kiss between Sam (Kelly Monaco) and Jason (Steve Burton). He’s obviously not going to be happy about it.

That could be step one toward driving a wedge between Drew and Sam. She’ll promise that he’s the man she wants to spend the rest of her life with, but Drew may have some doubts. Of course, Drew will face other difficulties as well. He’ll have to watch Danny (T.K. Weaver) and Jake (Hudson West) bond with their biological father.

Since Drew still has all Jason’s memories, he still feels like the boys’ dad. Drew will continue to serve in a fatherly role, but it’ll be tough to watch the kids form strong, lasting connections with Jason. All of this will be pretty overwhelming. Drew’s sure to struggle as he copes with the shifts in his relationships.

General Hospital spoilers say Drew will think everything’s slipping away. That’ll be especially true when Sam drifts toward Jason again. After Danny lands in a potentially dangerous situation, it’ll bring his parents together. Drew will undoubtedly feel like an outsider, so his anger will rev up. He’ll get into several fights with Jason, which could make Sam even more sympathetic to her ex.

As Drew and Sam’s marriage becomes increasingly strained, things could spiral out of control. They could easily decide to get an annulment or at least take a breather from being a couple. Drew will suffer, but maybe that’s only fair. GH has portrayed Drew as the main victim, but what Jason lost was perhaps even more painful.

Drew’s memories were wiped, but there wasn’t as much on the line for him. He had thrown himself into his career and only had a brief fling with Kim (Tamara Braun). Drew might’ve found out about Oscar (Garren Stitt) a little sooner if the memory mapping study hadn’t occurred, but Kim kept that info to herself initially.

Jason felt like he was only gone for a few months, but it was really five long years. Meanwhile, Drew took over Jason’s world. He’s not to blame since his mind was manipulated, but he’s still contributing to Jason’s sorrow.

In the soap world, it’s all about balance. Maybe it’s time for things to go Jason’s way for a bit. Drew and Sam can always reunite later, but Jason deserves a good dose of happiness!
