The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers tease that Bill (Don Diamont) is planning to fight Katie (Heather Tom) with everything he’s got in the upcoming custody case. Bill knows that he hasn’t been a model dad to Will (Finnegan George), and he mostly accepts responsibility for his shortcomings, but he’s not just going to stand by and watch Katie gain full custody without fighting back hard.
Of course, this is Bill we’re talking about, and he plays dirty. He’s threatened to bring up Katie’s past problems with postpartum depression and alcoholism in the custody case. Katie made her share of mistakes being a parent to Will in the past, including being passed out drunk while caring for Will. But that was a long time ago, and Katie has overcome her problems and is a great mom now.
Still, Bill is threatening to bring up Katie’s past problems, and if he does that, then the case is going to get very ugly, and chances are that Will is going to hear about his Mom’s past. But Bill doesn’t seem to have any other options, other than bringing up Katie’s past. It’s not like his grown sons or anyone else will help him with his case after everything that he’s done in the recent past.
Or is there someone who might help Bill? What about Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang)? Brooke was shocked when she heard that Katie was thinking about fighting for full custody of Will, and she’s defended Bill to both Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) and Thorne (Ingo Rademacher). B&B spoilers say that Bill will make a request of Brooke – might she agree to testify on his behalf?
Or perhaps Bill will ask Brooke to help him convince Katie not to go through with the custody suit in the first place. Bill may think that Brooke will be able to get through to Katie as a sister. Either way, it looks like Brooke will agree to help Bill. B&B spoilers say that the two will enter into a secret pact.
But what will be the terms of the secret pact? Surely, Brooke will ask for something in return for agreeing to help Bill. What if Brooke agrees to help out Bill if Bill agrees to keep Katie’s past alcohol problems out of the case? That would be a smart deal on Brooke’s part!
Of course, whether Bill would even go for such a deal is another matter. But it would be an interesting wrinkle in the custody drama. Brooke would end up getting a lot of heat from her family for helping Bill in the case, but really Brooke would be helping her sister avoid the embarrassment and scandal of her past issues coming to light.
