The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers tease that Liam (Scott Clifton) will try to focus on Hope (Annika Noelle) and their baby. It looks like he’ll fail to stop Steffy’s (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) plans, so he might as well enjoy happiness with his backup. Hope doesn’t care that she’ll be picked because she’s the only option. As long as she’s got Liam, Hope’s more than willing to be the consolation prize.
For a while, things should work out OK. Liam definitely cares about Hope and wants to raise this child together. They’ve always had an undeniable bond, but that can’t erase what Liam shared with Steffy. The “Steam” connection will be tough to let go of. Bill (Don Diamont) and Steffy’s marriage will inevitably serve as a dark cloud over “Lope.”
Nevertheless, Liam will try to make a new life for himself. He’ll eventually be determined to start over, but that could be tougher than he expects. B&B buzz hints that Liam and Hope’s engagement may be back on soon. That may be Liam’s way of shoving down his doubts and proving his devotion.
Liam already admitted his need to be married. He just feels safer when everything’s locked in, so it probably won’t be long until another “Lope” wedding happens. Liam never seems to learn his lesson about diving in too quickly. He could easily be setting himself up for another annulment or perhaps a divorce.
It all depends on how many problems Liam and Hope can handle – and you’d better believe there’ll be problems! The Bold and the Beautiful never lets a couple enjoy smooth sailing forever. Hope runs the risk of Liam cheating on her with Steffy or some other flavor of the month. Despite his perpetual marriage goal, Liam has a hard time with real commitment.
Of course, the baby could be an issue as well. Steffy had a minor hiccup right before Kelly’s birth, but her pregnancy was drama-free for the most part. There’s a good chance Hope won’t be as lucky. She may not even get a kid at all!
Will Hope have another miscarriage? If so, the stress and sadness could certainly take a toll on Liam and Hope’s relationship. They may not be able to survive the obstacles ahead. Bottom line, “Lope” fans should be afraid of what’s brewing.
