The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers documented the horrid event that spurned Liam’s (Scott Clifton) infinite sadness. Anyone who disagrees with the first sentence’s assessment of that character’s pain surely has never been wronged by a spouse and a parent like Liam has. So Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) shouldn’t be surprised when her husband gives her the cold shoulder during the upcoming ultrasound appointment.
Adoption is a gift to wanting parents. Liam is a thoughtful man. Maybe, in time, he’ll come to believe that Leffy should give their child to a loving home instead of raising her, or him themselves.
This should be the greatest time in Liam’s life. Instead his mind is mashed by the disgusting images of Steffy and that monster making love. To know that the creature she was with is his dad compounds his feelings a gazillion-fold.
Liam’s love for his child isn’t the question in this instance. Instead, it was Steffy’s lust for his father’s comfort that destroyed what appeared to be a good marriage. However, Liam is right to now wonder if their current nuptials were always a sham? Did Steffy merely see her husband as a lesser version of Bill (Don Diamont) all along?
For his part, Bill does recognize his detestable ways. He has sincerely stated, to many people, that he wants Leffy to remain together. Yet, he’s also told Steffy that he would love her if he was done with his son. Cad and creep are just two words that begin with the letter C that can be applied to the so-called head of the Spencer family.
Steffy only has hope at this point. Soon Liam might have Hope (Annika Noelle) as well, wink.
For her part, the current Mrs. Liam Spencer does regret what she did. She didn’t lie and claim Bill took advantage of her, as current culture would encourage her to do. However, Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) does want Bill convicted and put in prison on false allegations.
Wood’s character also rejected Bill’s recent offer to be with her and Liam’s baby. Steffy’s stated that she loves Liam and still wants their growing family to remain together. This scribe blamed her, equally, for Dollar Still’s passion, but also gives her high kudos for trying to achieve redemption.
As the months pass it will be possible for Liam to eventually accept Steffy again. He’s a believer in science, but also may come to realize that what can not be seen can also be trusted, after which proof is then realized.
