The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers tease that Liam (Scott Clifton) has three options. He can restore his marriage with Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood), renew his relationship with Hope (Annika Noelle) or possibly, explore life with Sally (Courtney Hope).
Steffy was just given an ultimatum by Bill (Don Diamont). As viewers know, Diamont’s dialogue this week referenced his need to leave on a business trip. Those lines paved the way for the actor’s brief exit. Diamont has been filming Dancing with the Stars in Italy, meaning that forthcoming B&B episodes will be sans Bill through at least May.
So, Bill told Steffy that she should sign the annulment papers Liam gave her. Doing so will force her husband to make a decision. Bill appears willing to allow Liam to make the choice to keep his family intact. But if he doesn’t Steam will be over, thereby creating an opening for Dollar Still to return.
If Liam does reject Steffy, by concluding that their marriage is in fact over, he’ll already have a ready romantic option. Hope continues to express her love for Liam and will instantly embrace a renewed Lope. He’s often expressed his trust in this former flame and therefore is already open to exploring a revival.
Savvy B&B fans, which includes all readers of this great site, know that the Sally option is a surprise addition to this soapy equation. News just broke that Courtney Hope isn’t departing the soap as expected, but will be staying. That gives B&B’s writers, and therefore Liam, yet another romantic option.
Liam’s obsession with Spectra Fashions and Sally began last year. He hounded his dad for months about the plight of the floundering company. Bill responded, in part, by concocting a story about his niece, Caroline (Linsey Godfrey) dying.
Godfrey’s character reluctantly agreed to go along with the scheme because it temporarily resulted in Thomas (Pierson Fode) being with their son. He left Los Angeles and Sally and moved to New York. Spectra Fashions lost its lead designer, which is what Bill intended. That development also left Sally single.
Caroline eventually confessed off-screen, Thomas returned to B&B and renewed his bond with Sally. While she quickly got back together with Fode’s character, viewers haven’t forgotten the devotion she had for Liam.
If Clifton’s character turns Steffy away and all doesn’t flow well with Hope, Sally could easily be rewritten into this storyline. Yes, Liam does have multiple opportunities to explore while his father is away. CDL is a leading source for everything linked to The Bold and the Beautiful.
