The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Dead Man Walking – J.T. Suffers Grim Fate for Horrific Abuse

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that the CBS soap’s alarming abuse storyline is heating up. J.T. (Thad Luckinbell) really crosses the line in Wednesday’s episode. He grips Victoria (Amelia Heinle) by the throat while he throws a punch into the wall. J.T. apparently forced Mac (Kelly Kruger) to endure similar forms of abuse, so he’s clearly not a good guy these days.

Many Y&R fans are stunned that the show chose this story for J.T.’s return. That’s especially true since they hyped him up as a normal leading man in his comeback promos. J.T. has never been a saint, but he certainly wasn’t an abusive monster in his earlier years with The Young and the Restless. However, this is what they’re going with now and we have to look at the latest facts.

There’s a good chance this won’t be the only time J.T. gets physical with Victoria. If they’re going to do this abuse storyline, Y&R needs to commit. It’s just a cheap shocker if it’s a one-day deal. The Young and the Restless should follow through on what they’ve been building to. J.T. might manage to reel in his anger and earn Victoria’s forgiveness with an emotional apology.

Y&R viewers know that J.T.’s convinced Victoria that he’s the only guy who can really love her. He’s tearing down her self-worth and making her believe this is as good as it gets. Victoria’s still acting somewhat out of character in this story, but at least there’s a bit of an explanation. J.T.’s abusive nature is turning her into someone she shouldn’t be.

You can bet that Victoria will overcome all this in time, but it’s a process. She may not be able to break free overnight. However, it looks like Victor (Eric Braeden) will soon be in the loop on J.T.’s actions. A camera set up at Victoria’s place should clue him in a little later. That could obviously lead to big trouble!

Several people are going to be furious over J.T.’s violent streak. Victor will pose a serious threat, but Nick (Joshua Morrow) and Billy (Jason Thompson) could tear this guy to shreds, too. The men in Victoria’s life are quite protective of her when a crisis hits.

If you watch Lifetime movies and cable dramas, you probably know that the hot-headed abuser usually doesn’t make it out alive. The situation may turn out the same on Y&R. Based on J.T.’s heinous behavior, it seems likely that he’s a dead man walking.

Could J.T. be murdered or perhaps killed by Victoria in self-defense? Do you think he’s guaranteed a grim fate? The Young and the Restless spoilers hint that some wild drama’s ahead, so we’ll give you updates as other news comes in.
