The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Jack's Arrested and in Trouble – Victor's Enemy Looks Guilty

The Young and the Restless spoilers tease that Jack (Peter Bergman) will initially appear to look like Victor’s (Eric Braeden) attacker. Despite the fact that he called for medical assistance after finding the Moustache unconscious, long-standing grudges and a recent near-physical confrontation makes Jack appear to be the prime suspect in this vicious beating.

Paul (Doug Davidson) obtained a readout of Victor’s recent communications. The chief found a voice mail message in that digital trove from Ashley (Eileen Davidson). She’d called to warn Victor about Jack’s pending arrival. Her brother was drunk and angry.

Arturo (Jason Canela) was summoned to Paul’s office. Nikki’s (Melody Thomas Scott) insignificant other didn’t hesitate to say that he and Devon (Bryton James) had to break up a verbal fight between Jack and Victor that nearly became a physical brawl, save for said interference.

However, Jack is hardly pinned down. The mere fact that he called in what had happened and then waited for the ambulance and the authorities to arrive plays to his innocence. Yet, he was at the scene of the crime and there are no leads on any other potential main suspect.

Paul and his wife, Chris (Lauralee Bell) have a vendetta against Victor. So it’s possible that their zeal will cloud generally sound, collective judgment. Such was the case when Pristine decided that Victor was the backer of a human trafficking ring last year, when he wasn’t.

However, physical evidence of said crime will need to be produced to convict Jack. When Jack’s arrested and he’s put in jail, Victor will wake up on Thursday, March 29. Unless he’s lost his memory, which could happen because this is soap, Mr. Newman will want to see his head Newman Enterprises’ security jailed for having pushed him down the stairs.

So, the classic daytime coma plot is in play on Y&R. Having Victor be the victim during this soap’s forty-fifth anniversary week is fitting. A stretched reveal will play out within Genoa City, as the audience remains aware of what’s happened.

Somewhat similar to an old-school Columbo episode, viewers are aware of the criminal and his actions. What remains is seeing what happens to other suspects, including Jack, wondering how J.T. (Thad Luckinbill) will be caught and what will result for all involved at this storyline’s climax.
