The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Monday, December 24 Update – Victor Pulls Nikki Back From Death – Billy Comforts Victoria

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers update and recap for Monday, December 24, tease that Reed (Tristan Lake Leabu) will fear for Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott). At home, Billy (Jason Thompson) will be glad Reed could make it home for the holidays. He’ll know how much this means to his loved ones, but Reed will just be stuck on whether his grandma will pull through or not.

At the hospital, Nick (Joshua Morrow) and Victoria (Amelia Heinle) will take turns speaking to Nikki. They’ll sit at her bedside and express regret over any pressure they caused. Victoria and Nick will both push Nikki to come back to them. Later, the siblings will discuss Victor’s (Eric Braeden) continued absence. Victoria just won’t buy the idea that Victor would stay away intentionally.

Meanwhile, Nikki will be trapped inside her own head. She’ll envision herself playing the piano in a white gown as she mulls over Reed’s confession. Afterward, Victor will appear to his stunned wife. He’ll plead with Nikki to steer clear of the light and stay instead. She’ll resume her piano playing and ultimately share a slow dance with Victor.

Back in the real world, someone mysterious will show up and gaze at ailing Nikki. Things will be more lighthearted at the Abbott mansion. Y&R spoilers say Kyle (Michael Mealor) and Lola (Sasha Calle) will enjoy a fun gift exchange. Kyle will reassure Lola about the discount watch she gives him. He’ll insist it’s better than his expensive one because it came from her.

Lola will adore the new handbag Kyle gives her, but she’ll change her tune later this week. When Lola finds out that bag costs thousands of dollars, it’ll spark a breakup for these two. In the meantime, Reed will grow increasingly upset over Nikki. He’ll blast Billy for calling his grandma a fighter. Billy will feel like that’s just a line people use when things look bleak.

Reed will admit he’s still distraught over losing J.T. (Thad Luckinbill). He’s lost his dad and now he could lose Nikki, too. Once Victoria makes it home, she’ll try to console Reed. Unfortunately, The Young and the Restless spoilers say Victoria’s plan will backfire. She’ll insist that Reed isn’t to blame for Nikki’s ordeal. Victoria will contend that the hit-and-run driver is the one responsible.

Guilty Reed will get updates on the investigation, which hasn’t really gone anywhere. He’ll hug Victoria before she turns her attention to Johnny (Holden and Ryan Hare) and Katie (Sienna Mercuri. They’ll mention Nikki, so Victoria and Billy will suggest listening to their grandma’s favorite songs and reading a Christmas story. They’ll be sorry that Nikki can’t be with them for the holidays this year.

Afterward, Reed will notice Billy comforting Victoria. The Young and the Restless spoilers say a “Villy” reunion could be brewing, so don’t miss the bumpy road ahead.
