General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Wednesday, August 19, reveal that Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna) will sound the alarm to Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) about Willow Cain (Katelyn MacMullen).
Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst) will also spot something that leaves him unsettled, so let’s discuss what’s ahead in Port Charles.
For starters, Ric will turn to Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) for some guidance.
After Ric admits something has come up that he might need Sonny’s input on, he’ll apparently seek love life advice.
It’s possible Ric will consider proposing to Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) and want Sonny’s opinion on that.
However, it’s also possible this conversation could happen after Ric spies a close moment between Liz and Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna).
Ric might question Sonny about Dante’s interest in Liz and whether it might be more than friendly.
Sonny may assure Ric there’s nothing to worry about and suggest that Dante would rather reunite with Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) deep down.
Whatever the case, Ric will indeed spy something troubling on Wednesday’s show, so that should involve Liz and Dante looking too cozy.
It won’t be long until Ric seeks Lulu out for a scheme that he hopes will push Dante back in his ex-wife’s direction.
In the meantime, Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) and Ava Jerome (Maura West) will meet up again so they can do a little more plotting against Sonny.
At some point, Nina will pop up and have a run-in with Drew.
There may be some clashing, especially if Nina is suspicious over his connection to Ava, but Nina may stomp off in the end.
Drew might act like he’s reached a new understanding with Nina and leave Ava taken aback.
Wednesday’s GH preview video shows Ava admitting she “had no idea that hell had frozen over,” so she’ll definitely express surprise over something.
As for Nina, she’ll sit down with Brennan and perhaps worry that his blackmail material won’t be enough to contain Drew permanently.
Drew could sink both Nina and Willow if this agreement falls through sooner or later.
Nina will also fret over wildcard Willow and her whole situation with Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson).
Brennan will eventually push Nina to pull herself back from all this before Willow takes her down with her.
Next, Willow will warn someone that walking away unscathed won’t be as simple as they think.
Will this involve some conflict with Nina, another fight with Michael or something else?
Over with Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper), she has an unexpected offer headed her way.
Could Jordan score the chance to become Jasper Jacks Enterprises’ newest CEO?
Finally, Kai Taylor (Jens Austin Astrup) will get a bit rattled, so he may have concerns over Quinn’s (Jequan Jackson) behavior lately and the fact that he’s so interested in Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali).
Whether Quinn is Trina’s stalker or a red herring, General Hospital spoilers say Kai will deal with unsettling news and growing fears.
