The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Thursday, January 25, tease that Lily (Christel Khalil) will have a hard time bonding with Sam. She’s been giving it her best shot, but this isn’t her kid and she can’t seem to get past that. Lily will really struggle to connect with Sam as part of the family.
It might’ve been different if Cane (Daniel Goddard) and Lily had decided to adopt a baby together. Instead, Sam’s a product of Cane’s hookup with Juliet (Laur Allen). Lily understands that Sam’s not to blame, but she hasn’t found a way to move forward yet.
Of course, Lily certainly wants to reach a place of love and acceptance. She’s committed to facing whatever obstacles this reunion brings. The Young and the Restless spoilers say Lily will reach to Hilary (Mishael Morgan) for help on Thursday. She knows Hilary has a strong bond with Sam, so she’ll hope to get some solid advice.
Hilary will do whatever she can to put Lily on the right path. She’ll feel confident that Lily can figure this out sooner or later. Meanwhile, the arbitrator will deliver a decision in Jack (Peter Bergman) and Ashley’s (Eileen Davidson) case. Y&R fans can expect Ashley to do some scheming. Maybe she’ll explore other options if the arbitrator doesn’t rule in her favor. Ashley definitely won’t be ready to give up!
Other Young and the Restless spoilers state that Noah (Robert Adamson) will corner Mariah (Camryn Grimes). He’ll suggest that perhaps Mariah exaggerated when she said Tessa (Cait Fairbanks) stole her words. Noah might point out that people can share similar thoughts. He may contend that love songs tend to draw on the same popular themes anyway.
Mariah will insist that this is straight-up theft. She’ll reiterate that Tessa took her journal and used the entries to create a potential hit. When Noah demands to see the diary as proof, Mariah won’t want to hand it over. She’ll realize that the contents will hurt Noah deeply.
Unfortunately, Noah won’t let it go. Mariah will eventually let Noah see all the dirty details. The Young and the Restless spoilers say Noah will read the entries and learn the shocking truth about Mariah’s feelings for Tessa.
