The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Wednesday, February 21, tease that Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) and Nick (Joshua Morrow) will discuss their wedding plans. They were shooting for July, but Chelsea will convince Nick to move it up a bit. At Crimson Lights, they’ll settle on March 26 before some cops walk in. Chelsea will look anxious as she heads for the door.
Meanwhile, Mariah (Camryn Grimes) will catch Sharon (Sharon Case) gazing at a picture of Christian (Jude and Ozzy McGuigen). Sharon will promise that she let go of the past, so Mariah will wonder if this about Nick. She’ll suggest that maybe Sharon’s longing for her ex.
Later, Nick will walk over and start rambling about his future with Chelsea. Sharon will finally blurt out that she has something to tell Nick, but Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) will arrive in the nick of time. The Young and the Restless spoilers say Sharon won’t get the chance to spill the paternity news.
Phyllis will do her best to talk some sense into Sharon. She’ll insist that they have to leave Nick in the dark and Sharon will ultimately agree. Afterward, Chelsea will set up a meeting with Phyllis. Once they sit down, Phyllis will reveal that she secured proof of Christian’s paternity with Sharon’s help.
Chelsea will rant about Sharon being brought in the loop, but she’ll be pleased that Phyllis is backing off – at least for for now. However, Phyllis will promise this isn’t over. She’ll think she can make Chelsea pay without hurting Nick. Alas, Y&R fans can expect heartbreak for Nick no matter what!
Elsewhere, Tessa (Cait Fairbanks) will serve as a go-between for Devon (Bryton James) and Hilary (Mishael Morgan). She’ll note that Devon wants her to deliver any messages now. Hilary will be discouraged, but Billy (Jason Thompson) will offer some solid advice. He’ll feel like Hilary needs to prove she’s changed through her actions.
Hilary will make a heartfelt apology on the air later. She’ll talk about the destruction lies cause and suggest she’s sorry for dishonesty in her own life. Devon will look thoughtful as he watches the show. Sharon will be affected by Hilary’s words as well. She’ll pick up the phone to call Nick and tell him the truth about Adam’s son. Before she can say divulge it, someone will show up to knock Sharon out with a coffeepot.
Did Chelsea panic and bash Sharon in the head or is there another explanation? Regardless, Sharon will end up in a fight for her life soon. Over with Victoria (Amelia Heinle) and J.T. (Thad Luckinbell), they’ll enjoy a romantic evening. Billy will nearly derail their bliss again, but they’ll still wrap the night with cuddling.
Of course, big trouble will hit eventually. Whenever J.T.’s undercover mission is exposed, there’s going to be major drama. We’ll give you updates as other Young and the Restless details emerge.
