The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Wednesday, January 10, tease that Ashley (Eileen Davidson) and Traci (Beth Maitland) will seek dirt on Graham (Max Shippee). They’ll ask Devon (Bryton James) if they can rummage around for some useful Mergeron files. Traci will worry that this is futile, but Ashley will refuse to give up until they find something.
Just outside the courtroom, Graham and Jack (Peter Bergman) will nearly get into another physical confrontation. Michael (Christian LeBlanc) will help them avoid a brawl and they’ll all head inside. Before the proceedings get underway, Dina (Marla Adams) will experience more confusion. She’ll mistake Jack for John (Jerry Douglas) and talk what she believes is their impending divorce.

Once the hearing kicks off, Michael will make his opening statement. Graham’s lawyer will deliver one as well. The Young and the Restless spoilers say Jack will eventually take the stand. He’ll recap Graham’s grip on Dina and his mission for revenge. Jack will face some tough questions under cross-examination. He’ll be asked about the time the Abbotts spent estranged from Dina.
Graham’s attorney will bring up all the horrible things Dina did while the Abbotts cared for her. Y&R spoilers state that Jack will fly into a rage, so the judge will threaten to hold him in contempt. Dina will become agitated as she speaks out to defend “John.” She’ll think she should be punished for her affairs and the decision to leave her kids.
Meanwhile, Ashley will strike gold when she stumbles across Dina’s journal. She’ll fill Traci in on her discovery and they’ll rush over to the courthouse. When they arrive, they’ll explain the evidence to Michael and he’ll submit it to the judge. The journal entries will start off pleasant enough as Dina mentions her new friend, Graham. As the months go on, Dina questions Graham’s motives.
Dina later talks about how she wants to make peace with her children, but she truly relies on Graham by then. She believes he may be the only one who will watch over her, so she’s changing her will. After the journal entries are read, the Abbotts will think they’ve got a slam dunk against Graham. They’ll suggest that this proves Dina was slowly being manipulated.
When Graham takes the stand, he’ll reveal that he’s actually much more than Dina’s companion. The Young and the Restless spoilers say he’ll announce that they’re married. Graham will suggest that this lawsuit doesn’t matter since he’s the next of kin.
