Colt and Larissa have finally hit a wall. They fought again about money and this time it seems like it really got to Colt. Colt claims that Larissa doesn’t understand how money works in the US and that he has bills as well as rent, but then Larissa claimed that he didn’t turn her down because he didn’t have the money. She believed he said no because of his mother. Debbie and Colt were the ones that share a bank account. Colt promised to open an account for Larissa and that sort of turned into an allowance. Also, whatever happened to that allowance? It was supposed to be two hundred a month and no one has talked about it since. Did Larissa ever get that money per month or did she feel like she constantly has to go to Colt everytime?

Either way, Colt said he’s done. He says he’s sick of Larissa asking him to pay for this and then that though Larissa says that Colt was originally going to pay for her hair and that he changed his mind suddenly after talking to his mother. So there wasn’t even a clear answer on the breaking down of their marriage.

Paola and Russ were doing much better this season. They were expecting their first child and they were working through the grief of an earlier miscarriage. Paola was finally able to let go of some of her pain when she wrote a letter to her late child. She got to express her hopes and dreams for that child, but she also got the chance to say goodbye. She didn’t know she needed to do it until she did and felt this great weight lifted off of her. Paola was now more excited about the birth and she came to decision on how she wants the big day to be. She recently told her husband that she wants a home birth. The couple had toured birthing centers and even the hospital. And none of them felt like the right fit.

Paola thinks she’ll be happier with having the baby at home because she’s able to relax at home. She also gets to decide on the ambiance and didn’t have to worry about anything else. It was Russ that was worried. He wants to have the baby at the hospital because he wants the added protection of doctors and drugs that Paola may need. But Russ loves his wife. He didn’t tell her how much work it was going to be to get everything ready. He just told her okay because he wanted her to be comfortable.

Jay and Ashley in the meantime have been keeping their fights to a minimum. They have family visiting and they thought they could overcome their problems in private, but then Jay brought his sister into it. Poochie loves her brother. She thought he was being honest when he said his problems with Ashley wasn’t a big deal and that Ashley was overblowing what happened. And what did he expect? Poochie and Ashley were bound to talk and they discussed what happened. Ashley told Jay betrayed their vows and that he was doing so within days of their marriage. Ashley was hurt and maybe she didn’t react very well, but with everything out in the open, the two were now fighting in front of Poochie and Poochie was saying what everyone else is saying.

Poochie doesn’t see a way forward for them. She liked them together as a couple and she thought they would be happy together, but now she wasn’t so sure and neither was anyone else. This fighting and all that came from it has been going on for almost a year. It was about time they get their act together or call its quits.

Andrei and Elizabeth were another couple expecting their first child. Elizabeth’s sister Rebecca was throwing her a baby shower and it turns out Andrei told Rebecca not to invite the other sister Jenn. Jenn and Andrei have butt heads in the past and so they weren’t big fans of each other, but Jenn also recently said something to Elizabeth about Andrei and Elizabeth made the mistake of telling her husband. Andrei took it personally of course. He was easily offended and slow to forgive. Andrei wanted to cut Jenn out of their lives from the moment he heard that she was making comments and he also thought he had the authority to tell Rebecca what to do when he doesn’t. Rebecca was a grown woman and plus she knows her sisters.

No matter what happened before, Jenn would still want to be there to support Elizabeth and Elizabeth would want to see her sister. Elizabeth doesn’t want any family drama in her life. She wants an easy pregnancy and a way for them all to get it along. It was her husband that was being the stubborn one. Andrei has been picking fights with everyone in Elizabeth’s family and if he cut all of them out of their lives then he would have. Andrei was talking to Rebecca on the side about what happened and Elizabeth came over. She found out what happened and she didn’t like it. She wants her sisters there and she told Andrei to cut it out. And what does he choose to do? He tells Elizabeth they are leaving the party early.

Paola applied for a visa for her mother, but the US was denying more people than ever and so there was a chance grandma wouldn’t be able to make it for the birth of her grandson. It wasn’t fair and it made Paola apprehensive. She wants her mother’s support now when she really needs it. Another thing is that grandma doesn’t like the idea of home birth. She wants Paola to have the baby in a hospital because she doesn’t think it’s safe and so she’s saying what Russ isn’t. Russ is panicking. He’s worried that something could go wrong and he wants both mother and baby to be okay. He likes the hospital idea and the only thing stopping from saying so is the fact he doesn’t want to upset his wife.

Larissa was arrested again. She and Colt were home alone because Debbie was on vacation and they got into a fight. It must have been bad because Larissa made an appeal online for someone to call the police, but once the police showed they went from arresting Colt to arresting Larissa. Which in all honesty doesn’t make a lot of sense? How did the cops go from one to the other? Did they check Larissa’s arrest record or they were told about her record?

Pedro went on to pressure Chantel into meeting with his sister. He said that’s what he needed for them to move on from the fight and so Chantel did as she asked, but she ran into the same problems as before because not once did her husband speak up for her. Pedro let his sister say whatever she likes and that included the part about how Chantel doesn’t deserve Pedro. Pedro could have told his sister to at least ease up and instead, he seemingly took her side. He also got angry with Chantel from walking away from the conversation. Like what conversation? The sister was flinging insults and accusations without never once apologizing. She was just being poisonous and she knows she can do so because her husband will never tell her she’s in the wrong.

This was the sort of behavior that Nicole showed when she came to the States. She lived in Chantel’s house and insulted her whenever she could. Its what got Chantel upset. Chantel complained about it to her family and that eventually resulted in the fight that night. But Chantel went to the Dominican Republic to save her marriage. She could see Pedro was pulling away and she tried to stop it. Chantel went there for him and not once did he defended her or asked his sister to apologize to her. There were some things that Nicole did that weren’t caught on camera and even then Pedro said nothing. He will never stand up to his family and he said as much when he told Chantel to wait for him in Atlanta. And so it’s up to Chantel to decide how much of this crap she’ll take.

Pedro later collected his things from the hotel that night and he said that he had to leave because it was Chantel that was being unreasonable.

Colt had gone to see a bail-bondsman. He said that he wanted to help out Larissa and again he denied saying anything to the police, but that was clearly a lie because she wouldn’t be arrested for domestic violence if there wasn’t a complaint. Colt did say something and he’s going to deny it until Larissa’s lawyer informs her differently. He also wasn’t going to pay for bail if it wasn’t too expensive and so it’s a good thing that it was only two hundred dollars. Colt still complained about it because he’s notoriously cheap. And other than that, it was pretty easy getting Larissa out of jail and he said he was hoping she wouldn’t get deported for this.

Then in the name of peace, Elizabeth asked Andrei and Jenn to talk. They met at a safe location and it was supposed to be an easy conversation. Only it ended up being a mess. Andrei put all the blame on Jenn and said their whole family was full of bullsh*t. He also continued to argue with Jenn and told her that she wasn’t doing anything with her life. Jenn responded that she has a busy day. She’s actually working and she isn’t like Andrei that doesn’t have a job. Jenn said as much and Andrei tried to claim these vague things. Like how he’s doing construction and he isn’t. He hasn’t gotten a job yet because people want to hire people with experience. Andrei doesn’t have that and before he could say anything else his own wife shut him down.

Elizabeth grew frustrated with him when he didn’t apologize to her sister and so she told him to shut up because he wasn’t helping. She wants her family at peace when she gives birth and she got her family to agree to that, but why can’t her husband make the same commitment.

Chantel told her husband that if he left that was it and they’d be over. He still left, but she didn’t pack her things up right away. She said she would try to figure out what to do tomorrow and so she was still hesitating despite her big words.

Meanwhile, Paola finally got her mother to the states. Gladys arrived just in time because Russ was inflating the birthing tub and so grandma got to put her foot down. She said this that their birthing plan was a mistake. Gladys has had six children and each turned out healthy. She asked her daughter why she couldn’t go to the hospital, but Paola said things were different in the states. She wants a natural birth and she believes the only to have one is at home. Paola tried to explain this to her mother and Gladys wasn’t having it. Gladys wants there to be a doctor in case anything went wrong and she was secretly being cheered from the sidelines by Russ. There was a list that could go wrong so why couldn’t Paola settle for a natural birth at the hospital?

And as for Colt, he picked up his wife from prison.
