Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers indicate that Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) will face a stunning revelation once the truth about Dominic Marino comes out.
A Dominic-related mystery is underway that seems poised to confirm Dominic is Marlena and Stefano DiMera’s (Joseph Mascolo) long-lost child.
Marino and DiMera both mean “of the sea,” so Dominic certainly seems to be a member of the DiMera family.
Dominic also ended up with Stefano’s ring thanks to Rita Lesley (Maggie Carney), so that’s more proof that he’s Stefano’s offspring.

In DOOL’s September 14 episode, the three of them mulled over an old photo of Stefano holding a little boy in 1992.
It looks like Dominic grew up to be the mystery man who’s scheming now.
Of course, based on Dominic’s age in ’92, it fits for him to be a child conceived while Marlena was on Stefano’s island in the late ‘80s.
It’s no coincidence that Marlena is currently struggling to make sense of memory flashes from that island period.
Marlena doesn’t recall everything that happened, so it makes sense that she doesn’t remember a pregnancy or the birth that followed.
Dr. William Rolf (Richard Utay) may have been involved with the baby’s conception depending on how Days writers want to play this.
Regardless of how they explain it, all signs point to Dominic being Marlena’s long-lost son with Stefano.
