Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that Sarah Brady (Linsey Godfrey) and Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan) will finally get a chance at happiness. After Sarah comes clean about her feelings for Eric, Rex Brady (Kyle Lowder) will realize her heart’s just not in this marriage. He’ll make plans to leave town while Sarah makes a declaration to Eric.
DOOL fans can expect Sarah to profess her love, and Eric will do the same. This may lead to some lovemaking while Rex skedaddles out of Salem. It’s his own fault for cheating on Sarah twice, including once with her own sister. It’s tough to regain trust and rebuild after something like that. Rex probably needs to focus on his little girl and find a new path anyway, so he’s going to be just fine.
As for Eric and Sarah, they’ll feel like everything’s coming together for them. Days of Our Lives spoilers say they’ll be on the road to true bliss. Of course, many DOOL viewers aren’t really feeling this pairing. There are some far better matches out there for Eric and Sarah, so most fans are hoping for a shift soon.
The real Nicole Walker (Arianne Zucker) has to be alive somewhere. There’s no way Days would do this mask storyline without the payoff of real Nicole at the end. Besides, Arianne Zucker is set to stick around, so the show will need somewhere to go once Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) gets busted.
That’s great news for Eric and “Ericole” fans, but it’s terrible news for Sarah. Eric just can’t resist Nicole. No matter how deep his feelings for Sarah run, they can’t measure up to the love Eric feels for his soul mate.
Fortunately, there’s another Days hunk who seems much better suited to Sarah. Xander Cook (Paul Telfer) is one messed up individual, but he’s completely smitten. He wouldn’t cheat on Sarah or pine for another woman – at least not in the immediate future. Never say never on a soap, but Xander would give Sarah total devotion for now.
Sarah obviously feels a spark with Xander, so there’s room to explore this – especially if Eric breaks her heart. Xander’s the perfect person to pick up the pieces. It’d be great if Days of Our Lives could even make Sarah a true “bad girl.” Why not have her be a little like old-school Theresa Donovan (Jen Lilley)? Salem needs a troublemaker like her again.
Perhaps Xander and Sarah could even plot revenge on Eric together following her heartbreak. How much fun would that be?! Xander’s admitted that Sarah makes him want to be a better man, but he’s at his best in baddie mode. Maybe Sarah should just join Xander on the dark side and shake things up.
