Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for Friday, October 4, tease that Stefan DiMera (Brandon Barash) will be in bad shape. As DOOL viewers know, he was just shot by Lani Price (Sal Stowers) after he leapt into the path of the bullet as Lani fired upon Vivian Alamain (Robin Strasser). It appears that Stefan was shot in the throat, and his injuries are grave. It looks like a distraught Vivian will wind up escaping, while Lani tends to Stefan and his injuries.
Stefan will then be rushed to University Hospital with Lani in tow. Lani will be completely shaken by the whole event, and as Stefan gets evaluated by Kayla Johnson (Mary Beth Evans) and the medical team, she’ll have some time to process exactly what happened. Lani’s dad, Abe Carver (James Reynolds) will soon arrive at the hospital to comfort her and offer his support. But it seems that Lani will realize just how serious Stefan’s condition is, and she’ll be deeply concerned.
Word will soon spread of the shooting, and Gabi DiMera (Camila Banus) will get the horrific news. She’ll rush to the hospital to check on her husband, probably not realizing just how severe Stefan’s injuries are. But the gravity of the situation should soon become apparent, as she learns exactly where Stefan was shot and what went down.
Meanwhile, other drama will be occurring at the hospital. Doug Williams (Bill Hayes) and Julie Williams (Susan Seaforth Hayes) will spend what they believe are Julie’s final hours together. They’ll share some tender moments with each other and reminisce about their life together, and hopefully DOOL viewers will be treated to some nice flashbacks.
Sadly, Julie will be deteriorating during their walk down memory lane, and she’ll wind up losing consciousness, which will horrify Doug. It will certainly look like the end is near for Julie, as she and Doug will apparently be unaware of the drama with Stefan that’s also unfolding at the hospital.
Finally, on Friday’s episode of Days of Our Lives, Jack Deveraux (Matthew Ashford) will seek out someone unexpected. He’ll find Eve Donovan (Kassie DePaiva), and their interaction won’t go the way you might expect. Jack will first let Eve know that he got his memories back – something that will probably surprise Eve, given that she went to such great lengths to make sure that this would never happen.
Jack will explain that he didn’t even need Dr. Wilhelm Rolf’s (William Utay) serum to regain his memories; all he needed was a good blow to the head. Then Jack will surprise Eve by offering her an apology. In retrospect, he may feel that he didn’t treat her well, or perhaps that he wasn’t as understanding about her feelings as he should have been. At any rate, look for some closure between Jack and Eve, as Jack puts that chapter of his life behind him,
