Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that Hope Hernandez (Kristian Alfonso) will feel like her life is falling apart. Her marriage to Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) is certainly in a terrible place. Ted Laurent (Gilles Marini) is pursuing Hope and Jordan Ridgeway’s (Chrishell Hartley) baby has added to the drama. Now Lani Price (Sal Stowers) is inserting herself into Rafe’s life and bringing one more hurdle.
Nothing inappropriate has gone down between Rafe and Lani yet, but they’ve definitely been bonding. There’s always the possibility that something might happen eventually, but Hope’s got bigger problems to worry about. She’ll be dismayed after Ciara Brady (Victoria Konefal) and Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson) take their relationship to the next level.
Hope has softened toward Ben thanks to his all his Days rescue missions, but he just can’t escape his past. Ben was a serial killer, so that’s something that’ll haunt him forever. Hope will certainly have reservations about Ciara having sex with Ben, so they may have a crucial conversation about using protection.
As May sweeps begins, things will get far worse for Hope. She’ll be caught up in Holly Jonas’ (Harlow and Scarlett Mallory) kidnapping crisis, which could lead to some mistakes. Days spoilers state that ordeal will have consequences for all parties involved. It’ll bring a tragic outcome, so Hope may screw up or at least blame herself for not doing enough.
If Holly dies due to some error in judgment, that could affect Hope in a big way. We also know Rafe Hernandez’s (Galen Gering) job at the Salem PD will be in jeopardy. He’ll find himself in a tight spot during the week of May 6-10. However, it’s Hope that’ll ultimately lose hers as the month progresses. Days of Our Lives spoilers say the reasons for that will become obvious as storylines develop.
Will Hope get stuck in another DOOL cover-up? She once concealed what she believed was Stefano DiMera’s (Joseph Mascolo) murder with Rafe’s help. If Hope tries to hide major blunders again, it could set up why she’ll be fired from the police commissioner spot.
