Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers has some great news to pass on about a new family addition for a former DOOL star and her husband. Jen Lilley, who portrayed Theresa Donovan on the NBC soap, recently announced the birth of her new baby girl.
Jen and her husband, Jason Wayne, announced the birth on Jen’s Instagram page, as well as in an exclusive report by People Magazine. They’ve named their daughter, who was born on Tuesday, July 30th, Julie Evangeline Wayne.
Julie was born at 7:10am at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles and weighed 6 lbs., 8 oz. Her mom’s labor and delivery, and all the joy and happiness afterwards, is chronicled in a short video produced by “Knocked UP & Then,” which you can watch below.
As you might have known, a few days ago, Jen attended a Hallmark Red Carpet Event, during which she revealed she was in the early stages of labor. As it turned out, it took several days for the baby to arrive, and it appears that mom and baby are doing well.
Jen reported to that both she and baby Julie are doing “fantastic” and that Julie is “a super-happy and relaxed baby.” She also stated that “aside from some swelling, I feel like myself.”
Baby Julie will join her two big brothers at home. Jen and Wayne recently adopted one of the boys, whom they took via foster care, and they are in the process of adopting the other boy.
