Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that Lani Price (Sal Stowers) will contemplate a bold move. DOOL viewers know Lani confided in Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) at the convent, which led to their joint plot against Gabi Hernandez (Camila Banus). So far, Kristen’s the only one Lani’s told about the blackmail plot, but that’s about to change.
During the week of January 6-10, Lani will feel like she could use some help. Kristen’s on Lani’s side, but she’s got her own drama to deal with. As Kristen becomes more wrapped up in new chaos, Lani will need someone else to open up to and rely on.
JJ Deveraux (Casey Moss) was quite close to Lani once upon a time. She lied to him about baby she was expecting with Eli Grant (Lamon Archey), so JJ thought he was going to build a life with Lani. It took JJ a while to get past the pain, but he now knows Lani deceived him out of love. He’ll probably have a strong hunch that Lani was protecting Eli somehow, too.
JJ may think there was more to the story than just deciding she didn’t want Eli and dumping him at the altar. That just never seemed like something Lani would do – and DOOL fans know she wouldn’t have under normal circumstances. Plus, Lani’s vandalism of a Gabi Chic store should leave JJ concerned and curious. He may promise to stay tight-lipped and encourage Lani to unburden herself.
Days of Our Lives spoilers say Lani will indeed make a confession, so she may spill all. JJ will listen closely and offer to assist Lani in any way he can. He also dated Gabi at one point, so they had a strong bond as well. JJ will certainly be appalled if learns Gabi threatened to blow up Julie Williams’ (Susan Seaforth Hayes) with a rigged pacemaker.
Lani will know it’s incredibly risky to tell this secret to anyone. If Gabi finds out, Julie’s heart could still go kaboom like Gabi warned. Lani will just have to trust JJ, who’ll ultimately offer to help with Gabi’s takedown.
Days of Our Lives spoilers say JJ could be the prime position to destroy Gabi, but what about his looming exit? Since it won’t be long until JJ leaves the show, this Gabi destruction story could set up his departure.
