Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for Tuesday, December 24, tease that Julie Williams (Susan Seaforth Hayes) will be a bit down in the dumps. DOOL fans know there’s a fun tradition in the Horton house, which involves everyone gathering to trim the Christmas tree. Unfortunately, Julie will fear nobody’s going to make it this year. She’ll wait, wait and wait some more, but there’ll be no rings on the doorbell or knocks at the door.
Meanwhile, Hattie Adams (Deidre Hall) and Eve Donovan (Kassie DePaiva) will get the best gift they could ask for. Hattie’s time in prison was already winding down, and now Eve’s been cleared due to the security footage that was once again altered. They’ll both score their release on this Christmas Eve, so that’ll leave them in the holiday spirit.
Hattie will be sticking around Salem for a while, but Eve will have a different plan in mind. Since she’ll be a free woman, Eve will decide to seek a fresh start. She’ll want to find a new path and settle in a new city, but she’ll decide to express her gratitude first.
That brings us back to the Horton celebration. Days of Our Lives spoilers say Julie will be thrilled when all her loved ones finally arrive. Better late than never! It won’t be long until Eve shows up to thank Abigail DiMera (Kate Mansi). She’ll appreciate how hard Abigail worked to crack the case of who pushed Jennifer Deveraux (Melissa Reeves), so she’ll let Abby know how grateful she is before she exits.
Other Days of Our Lives spoilers say Xander Kiriakis (Paul Telfer) will do something special for Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey). He’ll have a surprise in store, but will it be in his memories or in the present? We know some newly created flashbacks will be part of the holiday festivities. DOOL skipped a Christmas due to the time jump, so we may see what Xander did for Sarah last year.
Of course, it’s also possible Xander will send Sarah something in Boston, where she’s making sure Mackenzie “Mickey” Horton gets the cancer treatment she needs. Regardless, Days spoilers say Xander will have a blue Christmas without Sarah and Mickey. He loves them with all his heart, so he’ll just have to cope as best as he can.
