Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that the relationship between Stefan DiMera (Brandon Barash) and Gabi Hernandez (Camila Banus) will soon get them into a bit of trouble. In the new DOOL promo for the week of July 8, 2019, someone new will find out about Stefan and Gabi’s steamy romance, and it will be a shocking scene.
As DOOL viewers know, Stefan and Gabi have had a series of passionate trysts, and they’ve even been caught in bed after the fact by Chloe Lane (Nadia Bjorlin). Of course, Chloe was stunned and that led her to completely break off her blossoming relationship with Stefan.
But now, Gabi and Stefan’s passion will erupt in an odd place – Julie Williams’ (Susan Seaforth Hayes) back office at Doug’s Place. In the promo, Stefan and Gabi are shown making out and hurriedly clearing off Julie’s desk for a place to have sex. But as they’re laying on the desk making out, Julie suddenly will appear!
And suffice it to say that Julie won’t be thrilled to find the two engaged in their extracurricular activity in her office. Julie’s shown dousing the two of them with water and telling them they “need some cooling off.” It will be an embarrassing moment for the two of them for sure.
The promo also addresses the deepening relationship between Stefan and Gabi. As DOOL viewers know, Gabi has a plan in place – she wants to get Stefan to fall for her and marry her, so she can ultimately take him for everything he’s worth. Well, it seems that her plan is working spectacularly, since Stefan admits in the promo that he’s developing feelings for Gabi, and he doesn’t care who knows!
This is a big development, since their relationship started out as purely physical. Now that Stefan has admitted his feelings, will Gabi do the same? She might, although this isn’t addressed in the promo. After all, Gabi has to continue the ruse to string Stefan along…or is Gabi developing real feelings for Stefan, too?
It will be interesting to see whether Gabi shares her feelings back to Stefan. Who knows, she might play hard to get to make Stefan fall harder – that would be a very “Gabi” move!
But there’s another wrinkle in this story that’s coming, according to Days of Our Lives spoilers. Gabi’s plot to seduce, marry, and bilk Stefan for his money is known to Kate DiMera (Lauren Koslow) and Brady Black (Eric Martsolf). And DOOL spoilers say that Brady will soon share Gabi’s plot with Chloe.
That should lead to an interesting situation, especially since Chloe will probably feel a strong pull toward telling Stefan exactly what Gabi’s up to. But then again, she could just decide to stay out of it and let the chips fall where they may, since she doesn’t really care for Stefan at this point.
It will be interesting to see whether Chloe ends up going to Stefan and sharing Gabi’s plot. If she does, then we could have a situation where Stefan plays along with the plot in order to get the best of Gabi, which could get very interesting indeed.
But for now, “Stabi” is going to have to deal with Julie, and Gabi should be thrilled that Stefan is admitting to having some feelings for her.
