Days of Our Lives spoilers tease Xander Cook Kiriakis (Paul Telfer) hands Hope Brady (Kristian Alfonso) a murder confession. However, she might not have it for long. Despite Clyde Weston’s (James Read) threat, Salem’s bad boy isn’t going to lose his new life. He schemes to find that confession and get rid of it.
DOOL Spoilers: Xander Cook Kiriakis’ New Life
Ever since Xander lay eyes on Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey), his world changed. It’s taken him over a year to get her affection and now he finally has it. The former villain finally has everything that he’s ever wanted: Sarah’s affection, the CEO title at Titan and even acting as a father figure to the doctor’s infant daughter.
A Confession for a Child
The basic rule is soaps is when everything is going perfect, that is when things blow up. The child gets kidnapped and in order to get her back, Xander has to confess to killing Jordan Ridgeway (Chrishell Hartley). It’s Clyde Weston’s (James Read) way of “helping” clear his son’s name.
Xander was willing to play along for the sake of Sarah and her child. DOOL spoilers imply he would do anything for Sarah. But when the fearsome felon announces that the terms of the deal have changed, Xander panics. He’s not risking his freedom, his career and certainly not his family for nothing.
Destroying the Evidence
After Clyde goes back on his word, Xander knows he has to get his written confession back from Hope Brady (Kristian Alfonso) aka Princess Gina. It is suggested that he could go to great lengths to get that piece of paper, perhaps even by snooping through Hope’s office. If he finds it, then it will be destroyed.
If Hope was herself, then she would investigate until it was found. However, that woman has been replaced with Princess Gina, who could care less about the job. Xander handing it to Hope and not another detective was a smart move. And it might have been a deliberate safety net. He remembers that Hope didn’t recognize him the last time they crossed paths.
Shattered Lives and Vengeful Enemies
Days of Our Lives spoilers tease that the truth always comes out on soaps. Sarah doesn’t know that Xander has killed recently. He couldn’t resist Victor Kiriakis’ (John Aniston) bribe. Once Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson) gets freed from prison, where he is on death row, there will be a murder reveal. Sarah will be devastated and furious with Xander. She can’t be with a man like that and his “Xarah” fantasy will crumble.
However, he may have more urgent matters to worry about than Sarah. Victor will view Xander’s actions as a betrayal. Plus, Ben may want some justice of his own and if Clyde manages to get a release deal or escapes prison again, Xander could be a dead man.
