General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Friday, December 20, tease that Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) will get in the holiday spirit. She’ll show off her elf headband to Peter August (Wes Ramsey) and announce that she’s Santa’s helper. They’ll share some cute moments as Peter remains relieved that Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth) woke up as himself.
Although Peter feels guilty about lying to Maxie, he may hope his nightmare is over. Of course, GH fans know that’s far from the case. As long as Jason Morgan’s (Steve Burton) around, Peter’s still facing a serious threat. There’s no way Jason will just let this go – and Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) probably won’t either now that her own suspicions are revving up.
Speaking of Anna, she’ll have an interesting chat with Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton). Anna will suggest that just because she hasn’t found a connection doesn’t mean it’s not there. Perhaps they’ll compare Finn’s instant bond with Violet Barnes (Jophielle Love) to Anna’s weak bond with Peter. Although Anna cares about him, they’ve definitely struggled to get past their issues and genuinely connect.
Other General Hospital spoilers say Franco will be eager to learn more. He missed a lot while he was living as “Drew Cain,” so he’ll want the full scoop from Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst). Franco will ask what’s going on with the real Drew, but he’s in for a devastating shock. Liz will have to break the news that Drew was presumed dead in a plane crash.
While Franco faces that crushing blow, Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) will get some help babysitting “Wiley Cooper-Jones” (Erik and Theo Olson). Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) will join Michael as they play with “Wiley” on the floor. Michael and Willow will grow closer during their conversation. They’ve formed a nice friendship, but could it turn into something more down the road? GH writers certainly seem to be headed in that direction, so we’ll see how it goes.
Over with Julian Jerome (William deVry), he’ll sit by Lucas Jones’ (Ryan Carnes) bedside and hold out hope for his son’s recovery. Julian will insist that by the time Lucas wakes up, everything is going to be back on track. He’ll hope he can keep Brad Cooper (Parry Shen) in line and try to fix the mess he created.
In Nelle Benson’s (Chloe Lanier) room, Brad will rip into his baby swap partner. General Hospital’s preview video shows Brad yelling, “All of it is YOUR fault!” However, no one held a gun to Brad’s head and forced him to steal Michael’s child. Brad can play the blame game all he wants, but he should really start pointing the finger at himself. He’s just as guilty as Nelle is in all this.
General Hospital spoilers say some hot drama’s brewing, so stay tuned. We’ll give you updates as other GH details emerge. Stick with the ABC soap and don’t forget to check CDL often for the latest General Hospital spoilers, updates and news.
