General Hospital Spoilers: Friday, March 29 Update – Dante Must Say Goodbye – Cam Learns His Fate – Obsessed Ryan Haunts Ava

General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Friday, March 29, tease that Lulu Falconeri (Emme Rylan) will struggle to understand. Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) just told her their time has run out, but he’ll have to explain what he’s up against soon enough. It’s difficult for Dante to talk about, but he’ll open up about his brainwashing and how he poses a serious threat to the people he loves.

Dante has no idea what might set him off. Even hearing a certain word or seeing a specific picture could trigger a disastrous attack. He can’t risk hurting his family, so he’s headed to an estate in Wales. Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) has assured Dante that experts can help him at this secure facility. Of course, Lulu may wonder if there’s another option. It’ll break her heart to lose Dante all over again.

Unfortunately, there’s just no other strategy to deal with this. Dante must go, so he’ll share a tearful goodbye with Lulu before long. In the meantime, Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) will try to squeeze some info out of Jordan Ashford (Briana Nicole Henry). She’ll wonder if there have been any Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom) developments, but Jordan won’t have anything new to report.

Ava Jerome (Maura West) will have Ryan on her mind this Friday as well. She’ll get more phone calls with heavy breathing on the other end. General Hospital spoilers say Ava will land at GH with Julian Jerome (William deVry). It seems she may have a panic attack or some other frightening episode, but Julian will be there to get her through it.

Still, Ava will remain on edge over the possibility of Ryan’s comeback. He’s reaching beyond the grave to haunt her, so Ava’s naturally unsettled. She claimed she wanted Ryan to be alive so she could kill him herself, but it looks like her courageous attitude will falter a bit.

Elsewhere, Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) will think Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) is doomed. She’ll feel like he ignored her warning and will pay the price for it. Across town, Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) will battle unbearable guilt. She’ll decide she’s done lying to Nina Reeves (Michelle Stafford), so she’ll prepare for a fake daughter confession.

Sasha will declare that she’s not who Nina thinks she is, but she may not admit much more. This would be the least dramatic route, so we have faith that GH will hold out for a better tactic. Sasha might lose her nerve or stop when Valentin arrives. Over with Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms), she’ll be determined to get some answers. Maxie will just want to know if Sasha is Nina’s daughter or not.

Peter August (Wes Ramsey) may remind Maxie that she could face a tough choice. If the results are negative, Maxie will have to decide whether to destroy Nina’s joy. However, Maxie will want to learn the truth anyway. She’ll move forward with her plan, but Valentin’s scheme should thwart it. It appears Valentin had another set of DNA results altered, so his web of lies is out of control!

Other General Hospital spoilers say Cameron Webber (William Lipton) will find out Judge Carson’s decision. He missed some community service hours, so he’s about to have a stern message thrown at him. Finally, Dr. Kevin Collins (Jon Lindstrom) will get some good news. He’ll fear that Laura Webber (Genie Francis) wants to end their marriage, but she’ll promise she doesn’t want a divorce.

Laura and Kevin just need some time to find their way back to happiness. General Hospital spoilers say with forgiveness and patience, they’ll get there eventually! We’ll give you updates as other GH details emerge. Stay tuned to the ABC soap and don’t forget to check CDL often for the latest General Hospital spoilers, updates and news.
