General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that Laura Wright (Carly Corinthos) has been sharing some great vacation photos. She took a fantastic trip to New York City with her boyfriend, Wes Ramsey (Peter August), so she also took the time to make plenty of pics and post them for fans. It looks like they had a blast in NYC!
Ramsey was featured in a psychological thriller movie called Perception, which was screened at the Anthology Film Archives. He attended the screening with Wright by his side, and she couldn’t have been happier to see his accomplishment. “So proud of this talented beautiful Handsome Fella!” gushed in her Instagram post. “Your love and support means everything baby,” Ramsey replied. “Thank you…”
Wright and Ramsey seem to have a strong, supportive relationship. It’s always nice to see two lovebirds cheering each other on and getting gratitude in return. The happy couple also had lunch with another soap star during their trip. Crystal Chappell, who’s best known for her role as Olivia Spencer on Guiding Light, met up with her former Guiding Light costars while they were all in town.
Ramsey played Sam Spencer on Guiding Light and Wright played Cassie Layne, so this was a real blast from the past for the three of them. They clearly enjoyed catching up with Chappell and grabbing some good grub. Wright and Ramsey also managed to score last-minute tickets to Burn This, so they were able to squeeze a Broadway play in.
The General Hospital stars were all set to fly home when a snag hit. Their flight got canceled, but Wright viewed it as a blessing in disguise. Instead of getting upset about the delay in getting back, she opted to look on the bright side. Wright got another fun day in New York City with the man she loves. Nothing bad about that!
Wright posted about the pleasant curveball on Twitter. She tweeted, “Canceled flight means an extra day in our favorite city !! #whatagift #NYC” Ramsey and Wright obviously had fun, and it was fun for fans to follow along with their trip, too.
