General Hospital Spoilers: Martin Grey's Surprise New Job - Kim Gets Franco Freedom With Hot Shot Lawyer?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that another party is about to enter the Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth) storyline. Liz Webber (Rebecca Herbst) and Scott Baldwin (Kin Shriner) have crossed some lines by having Franco committed, but they believe they are doing the right thing. Others would disagree however, with Kim Nero (Tamara Braun) at the top of the list. Kim is living in a fantasy world right now, and has one thing on her mind. She wants Franco free, so she and the Drew persona (FrankenDrew) can get their happily ever after back on.

Legal Aid!

General Hospital viewers have already seen Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennessey) take Kim’s call for assistance in getting Franco released from Shadybrook. But Diane is busy right now, trying to keep Sam (Kelly Monaco) out of jail for murder. So look for Kim to go elsewhere for assistance according to GH spoilers. Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) has already turned Franco down because of Sam’s history with Franco. So Kim will have to get creative and look for legal help along unexpected lines – Enter Martin Grey!

Martin Grey Not Shy About Controversial Cases.

Martin Grey (Michael E Knight) is certainly a legal presence to keep an eye on. He obviously isn’t worried about taking on difficult or controversial cases, as seen by him agreeing to represent Nelle Benson (Chloe Lanier) at her parole hearing. And if Nelle hired Grey, there is no doubt she did her research and found him to be an excellent attorney. So look for Kim to reach out to the newcomer to plead Franco’s case for freedom. Initially he may not want to get involved, but a heartfelt plea from Kim and meeting Franco himself could change his mind.

Martin Grey versus Scott Baldwin?

Scotty will have his work cut out for him if Martin does take Franco’s case. General Hospital buzz says Grey will take no prisoners in the courtroom and Scott will have to scramble to keep up. It’s anyone’s guess how the courtroom drama will turn out, but seeing those two go head to head should be exciting. The argument that Franco isn’t of sound mind is specious, he is completely rational and no legit mental health professional could state otherwise – but there obviously is a lack of legal precedent when it comes to memory transfer.

This will give Kim some hope for a ‘Drew’ future – although it’s pretty much a moot point since long-term GH spoilers say it’s a sure bet that Franco will return to his right mind which means bye-bye Drew and hello Liz loving. But it looks like there will be plenty of fireworks in the meantime. Stay tuned to General Hospital weekdays on ABC and watch the battle for Franco’s mind and freedom to heat up!
