General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Thursday, December 19, tease that some shockers are on the way. We should note that due to impeachment news coverage, the episode originally set for Wednesday has been pushed to Thursday. Now let’s dive in and see what’s coming up in Port Charles!
At the gallery, Ava Jerome (Maura West) will hold Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) at gunpoint and seek some answers. She’ll rant about kissing a prince, who later turned out to be a liar. Ava will acknowledge her betrayal of Nikolas, but she won’t think it matters since there was really nothing to betray.
After Ava blasts Nikolas for faking his death, he’ll insist she makes it sound like he was on vacation. Nikolas will protest that he was nearly killed and had to recover. Once Nik tells Ava the story of how he survived, talk will turn to the codicil. Ava will feel like Nikolas should’ve asked about it instead of gaslighting her and making her believe dead Kiki Jerome (Hayley Erin) was damned.
GH spoilers say Ava will eventually confirm that she found the codicil and still has it. She’ll admit that since it turns out Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Bechtel) is entitled to the Cassadine fortune, she’d like for him to have it. Nikolas will be eager to get his hands on the codicil, so he’ll ask it it’s there. Ava will wonder if Nik really thought she’d make it that easy. She’ll insist there are certain terms to be met!
Over with Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring), she’ll pull Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) over for a meeting with a new investor. Lucy will announce Sasha as the new Face of Deception, so they’ll all chat for a bit. Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) will even get involved and praise Sasha during this meeting.
After the impressed investor leaves, Lucy will be tickled pink. Michael will help Sasha negotiate a 30-percent stake in Face of Deception. He’ll drive a hard bargain, but Lucy will decide she’s on board with that.
Other General Hospital spoilers say Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) will complain to Jasper “Jax” Jacks (Ingo Rademacher). She won’t like having to keep Jax’s secrets for him. Carly will urge Jax to call the cops on Nikolas and turn him in, but Jax won’t go for that idea. He’ll talk about Valentin Cassadine’s (James Patrick Stuart) reversal of fortune coming soon enough.
Next, Sonny will speak with Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) about Carly. He’ll express his fears about Jax doing something he shouldn’t be doing and getting Carly caught up in it. Later, Jason will question Carly about what’s going on. She’ll admit Jax is in some trouble, but she won’t want to tell Sonny and risk having Josslyn Jacks’ (Eden McCoy) father deported.
Jason will want Carly to let him fix things for her, but she won’t want him in the position of lying to Sonny. If everything isn’t resolved by New Year’s, Carly will disclose all. After talking to Michael about Mike Corbin (Max Gail), Sonny will spot Carly and Jason whispering. He’ll get on the phone with someone and seek his or her help.
At Charlie’s Pub, Lulu Spencer (Emme Rylan) will meet with Laura Webber (Genie Francis), Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) and Kevin Collins (Jon Lindstrom). Since Valentin intends to seek full custody, they’ll need a game plan for how to handle Valentin. Soon after, Lulu will end up clashing with Valentin at Wyndemere. She’ll feel like Valentin’s raising Charlotte Cassadine (Scarlett Fernandez) to be a spoiled brat, but he’ll think Lulu treats Charlotte like she’s an extension of her mom’s ego.
Valentin and Lulu won’t be able to resolve anything, so they’ll agree they’re headed to court. Back with Curtis, General Hospital spoilers say he’ll track down Jax and argue that Lulu needs dirt she can use against Valentin. Jax will suggest that they need to find Claudette Beaulieu (Bree Williamson), the surrogate who carried Charlotte.
Meanwhile, Kevin will give Laura his opinion on the secret bodyguard situation. He’ll get updates on the picture of Nikolas, which Charlotte pointed to on Lulu’s phone. Kevin will feel like Charlotte’s making all this up as a coping mechanism. He’ll suggest that if Nik’s alive to Charlotte, it eliminates the tension between her parents.
Elsewhere, Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) will push Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) to divulge the truth. Liesl will assure Nina that she didn’t fake the DNA test, but she can confirm Valentin did. She’ll talk about watching Valentin take a sample from dead Madeline Reeves (Donna Mills) and knowing Sasha was probably never Nina’s.
Liesl will contend that she thought Sasha was good for Nina, which is why she kept her mouth shut. In an effort to gain forgiveness, Liesl will hand over the hair follicle Valentin used as part of his scheme. Later, Nina will look pensive as Valentin suggests Charlotte’s going to need her more than ever.
