General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that an interesting cast addition could be in the works. A now teenage Lila Rae Alcazar (Kayla Madison), who was last seen on GH in 2012, might make her way to Port Charles. That could certainly give Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) some competition in the teen scene!
In new info leaked by an anonymous casting source, there are possible plans for Skye Quartermaine (Robin Christopher) to deliver news about her mother, Rae Cummings (Linda Dano).
While she’s off caring for her ill mom, it seems Skye may want her daughter with Lorenzo Alcazar (Ted King) to spend time with Monica Quartermaine (Leslie Charleson). If this plan pans out, chances are good Lila Rae will be SORASed to a teenager.
Skye Quartermaine Will Run Into Jasper Jax And Carly Corinthos
Word has it that when Skye comes to drop off Lila Rae, she may run into Jasper Jacks (Ingo Rademacher) and Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright). This could cause some fun drama since Skye was married to Jax for a year before she was involved with Lorenzo. Carly was also married to Lorenzo for a short time before she got together with Jax, so you can see the potential for trouble.
Skye and Carly have been involved with the same men, and that kind of thing often brings soapy conflict! However, we should also think about what Lila Rae’s arrival would mean for General Hospital. Putting her in the teen mix could definitely shake things up.
Here’s what the teen group would look like: Joss, Trina Robinson (Sydney Mikayla), Cameron Webber (William Lipton), Dev Cerci (Ashton Arbab) and Lila Rae. That would make three girls available to two boys, which could bring plenty of teenage angst and romantic rivalries.

Lila Rae would also have loads of other connections in town. She’d be a first cousin to Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell), Jake Webber (Hudson West), Danny Morgan (Porter Fasullo) and Scout Cain (Ella Ramacieri) as well as Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) and Dillon Quartermaine (most recently played by Robert Palmer Watkins).
There’s been no official confirmation on Lila Rae’s return or when this potential storyline might happen, but it’s worth considering. It sounds like it’d be a great way to create some love triangles and bring teen heartache. General Hospital spoilers say some hot material’s ahead no matter what, so stay tuned.
