The Red Daughter arrives to see Lex. She failed to kill Supergirl, she tells him. She is upset. He tells her to return and finish the job.
Lex arrives at Ameratek Headquarters to join Eve. They are excited, the country is almost theirs. Lex heads to meet POTUS. Lex is going to make him a war hero and kill Supergirl.
Across the world, Kaznia goes on the attack. Jets fly, fire and bombs erupt while Supergirl tries to save the earth. Lex gets in his suit and wreaks havoc in the sky, fighting against Kaznia to look the hero. The Red Daughter cannot believe she has been betrayed by him. He is fighting against her country. He lied to her.
Dreamer and Martian have been taken. Brainy must tell Lena, Alex, and Kara when they all meet. Lena gets an invite to the White House from Lex. They don’t want her to go but she has to protect everyone.
Lena meets Lex in the Oval. Her mother is there. Lena wants to know where POTUS is. Lex makes jokes. He brought them all there because they are going to revolutionize energy worldwide. He and Eve step out of the room. Lena’s mom jokes that she poisoned his tea but he won’t stop talking long enough to take a sip.
The hostages Dreamer and Martian have been taken with break out into a fight. They escape to another room. Her powers are coming back.
Brainy tells Kara and Alex that he now has the ability to extract the Harun-El from Lockwood. Dreamer projects herself into their room. She tells them she is in Shelly Island.
Lex returns to the Oval. Back to his plan. He wants to toast. Lena warns him this is genocide. Meanwhile, Brainy, Jimmy, Supergirl, and Alex arrived on the island. Lockwood spots them immediately.
Supergirl and Lockwood fight. Brainy meets up with Martian and Dreamer. Martian wants to use his powers to stop the satellite core from firing.
In the Oval, Eve tells Lex the satellite won’t fire. He becomes mad. He takes off. Lena takes out Eve while her mom takes out two guards with mace.
Lex arrives on the island in his suit. He crashes through the roof of a building to find Supergirl. He is angry she is still alive but he came prepared. He has kryptonite arms. Supergirl also has a new weapon thanks to Lena.
Dreamer and Martian fight to destroy the core. Suddenly, Brainy returns to his normal self. He cheers them on. They blow it up. Meanwhile, Supergirl gives Lex a run for his money while Alex and Lockwood fight. Jimmy helps. They manage to take him down and get the Harun-El.
In a moment of weakness, Supergirl is down. Lex plans to deliver one last fatal blow. Seconds later, the Red daughter rushes in to save Supergirl. Supergirl gets up and destroys Lex’s suit with her vision. Onlookers see her from the sky and clap.
Lex runs to his hideout. Lena is there waiting. She shoots him twice. He is in shock. As he bleeds out, he taunts her. She has no-one now. He shows her videos of all of her friends, Kara as Supergirl, Brainy, and Jimmy with their powers. He dies while she cries at the videos.
The next day, the world is back to normal. The government thanks Supergirl. The Alien Amnesty Act is reinstated.
Kelly and Alex meet. With Jimmy now all right, Kelly doesn’t want to lose her. She hasn’t felt like this in a long time. Alex kisses her. Later, the gang meets to play cards. Brainy keeps beating them. He has been counting cards. Lena arrives. She brought wine. Kara wants to tell her, but Alex thinks another night is better.
Lockwood sits in prison while watching TV. His son George in on the news talking about being more accepting.
Eve sits on a park bench with a wig on. An older woman stops to sit. She tells her she can try to run but it won’t work. Eve just wants out, but the woman tells her there is no way. Leviathan are everywhere and more are coming.
A leviathan stops to pay Lex, who is still dead on his hideout, a visit. Lena crushes a picture of Alex and Kara with her glass.
