The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers tease that Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) will worry about Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) taking Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) for a ride. He’ll feel like she’s getting played by Thomas, but he’ll need some help to prove it. For starters, Liam will turn to a trusted friend, confidant and co-parent: Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood).
Steffy knows what Thomas is capable of and will support Liam’s search for answers. She might do it reluctantly at first, but there’s a good chance she’ll grow more suspicious as they dig. Steffy has a complicated relationship with Hope, but she’ll surely agree that Hope shouldn’t be manipulated. She can’t very well rant about Hope’s manipulation of Thomas and not care about his own manipulation.
With that in mind, Steffy will join forces with Liam after he voices his concerns. However, B&B spoilers say this journey to the truth could bring some opportunities to disagree. We could see some clashing depending on what clues they find about Thomas along the way. Naturally, Liam and Steffy could strengthen their connection as well. More scenes together can always offer the chance for more bonding.
The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Thomas will throw Steffy and Liam a curveball, so they’ll need to bring in reinforcements. They’ll do that in the form of Zoe Buckingham (Kiara Barnes) during the week of December 16-20. Liam and Steffy will turn to Zoe for assistance as they try to get to the bottom of Thomas’ true motives.
It sounds like these two will hear about the romantic setup Thomas will plan for another woman. Since Thomas has been obsessed with Hope for months, Liam will inevitably worry this is just another trick. Steffy, on the other hand, may feel like this is a good thing. She may see it as a sign that Thomas is moving on and accepting reality. Steffy might argue that Liam needs to give Thomas a shot at proving himself.
Unfortunately, that may not be something Liam’s willing to do – not when Hope’s involved. Liam might suspect this romantic setup, which will likely be for Zoe, is just a desperate attempt to draw Hope in. Steffy and Liam will want to figure out if Thomas is really moving on or just falling deeper down this twisted obsession hole.
The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say the mystery-solving duo will put Zoe on the hot seat. Liam and Steffy will grill Zoe, who could potentially be Thomas’ partner in crime on this. Even if Zoe has a hidden agenda of her own – like making Thomas fall for her instead – she may be wary of telling Steffy and Liam much. Betraying Thomas is a quick way to turn him against her and lose her chance at love.
Then again, Zoe could be backed into a corner and end up blurting out that it’s all part of a scheme. Either way, Thomas will rev up his plot to win Hope over while some “Steam” case-cracking is going on! We’ll give you updates as other B&B news comes in.
