The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers for Thursday, December 26, tease that the action’s really heating up on the CBS soap. But before we get into that, we have a quick programming update. B&B will show a special encore episode on Wednesday, December 25 for the Christmas holiday, so the next new episode that viewers will see will be on Thursday, December 26, and we’ve got the scoop about what will happen on Thursday right here.
First off, Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) and Brooke Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) will continue their conversation at Forrester Creations. As B&B viewers know, Steffy has just told Brooke all about Liam Spencer’s (Scott Clifton) scheme to prove that Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) is up to no good where Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) is concerned.
Brooke had come barreling into Steffy’s office demanding to know how Steffy could have rehired Zoe Buckingham (Kiara Barnes), so Steffy felt that she really had no other choice but to tell Brooke the plan that Liam cooked up. Liam has asked Zoe to be his eyes and ears with Thomas and spy on him to find out if he’s really reformed or if he’s still obsessed with Hope.
Well, it seems that Brooke will have some feelings about the whole scheme. First off, B&B spoilers indicate that she’ll feel that she’s been left out of the plan. Brooke is really gunning to prove to Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) that Thomas is “sick” and deeply disturbed. She believes that Thomas exhibits psychopathic behavior and that he desperately needs professional help.
Brooke would probably like to be the one to bring Thomas down in the end, and it looks like she may even feel a little hurt that Liam didn’t include her in on the plan. Of course, Steffy pretty quickly filled her in, but she may want to have some input on this plan. According to B&B spoilers, Brooke will tell Steffy that it’s not likely that they can outwit Thomas – after all, he’s a master manipulator.
But despite her initial reservations about Liam’s plan, ultimately it looks like Brooke will be on board with it. They will, however, be hoping for very different outcomes. Of course, Brooke already believes that Thomas is still obsessed with Hope, so she’ll be hoping that Zoe is able to uncover that obsession as she spies on him. On the other hand, Steffy will be hoping that Thomas really is reformed and that he’s replaced his obsession with Hope with a genuine but healthy interest in Zoe.
Of course, nobody seems to be worried about Zoe’s well-being in this whole scheme. According to ongoing The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers, Zoe and Thomas will end up moving forward together in their relationship, which will culminate in them making love. While this will no doubt be a calculated move on Thomas’ part, Zoe will probably be really hoping that what’s going on between the two of them is real.
And so Zoe is going to remain a wild card in Liam’s scheme. The closer Zoe gets to Thomas, she’ll probably become more unwilling to betray him by spying on him. Yet her closeness to Thomas will all be a big ruse on his part. It’s going to be a mess, and while Liam, Steffy, and Brooke hope for answers from Zoe, she’ll likely be developing real feelings for Thomas, which will complicate things greatly.
