The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers update for Wednesday, December 18, teases that Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) will remain baffled by Thomas Forrester’s (Matthew Atkinson) latest move. B&B viewers know Thomas decided his old strategy wasn’t getting him anywhere, so he shifted to a new one. He’s hoping that by pretending to close the door on his chapter with Hope, he’ll generate some interest on her part.
Thomas intends on using Zoe Buckingham (Kiara Barnes) to make Hope jealous, but she’ll just be stunned and suspicious for now. After all, Hope has seen Thomas play plenty of games before. She knows he’s a master manipulator, so she’ll have to wonder if this is just more of the same. The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Hope just won’t be sure this new romance of his is legit.
Thomas will sense that Hope’s got some doubts, so he’ll do what he can to get rid of them. B&B fans can expect Thomas to really lay it on thick! He’ll flaunt his fake desire for Zoe and count on it to convince Hope that he’s truly let go.
The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Zoe will be pretty overwhelmed by all this. She may be left questioning Thomas’ motives as well, but he’ll insist he wants to move forward with Zoe. Thomas will seal the declaration with a steamy kiss, so Zoe’s role in helping Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) and Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) will get tricky.
Of course, Zoe has to get rehired first – and she’ll do that after a passionate pitch to Steffy. Zoe will make a speech about how sorry she is for the past and how much she wants to make things right in the present. She’ll hope Steffy’s willing to give her that chance.
Once Steffy gets updates on Thomas’ romantic setup and possible plot, she’ll be more curious than ever about the truth. Steffy will realize Zoe’s in the prime position to figure out what’s really going on with Thomas, so she’ll agree to let Zoe come back on board at Forrester Creations. The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say it won’t be smooth sailing thanks to Zoe’s growing feelings for Thomas!
