The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers tease that Zoe Buckingham (Kiara Barnes) is really getting in over her head. As B&B viewers know, she’s currently getting used by Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) in order to convince Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) that he’s moved on and is no longer obsessed with her. Thomas is leading Zoe to believe that he’s interested in a relationship with her, when in reality he’s still into Hope.
One would like to think that there’s a part of Zoe that knows that Thomas is still interested in Hope, but she seems to have blinders on when it comes to Thomas. Zoe seems completely infatuated with Thomas and really wants to believe that the attention he’s paying to her is real. She seems to be totally buying into the fantasy and going with it for now.
Of course, as B&B viewers know, Zoe isn’t just being used by Thomas; she’s also being used by Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) and Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood). Liam and Steffy have enlisted Zoe in a scheme to get close to Thomas and spy on him for them. Liam thinks (correctly) that Thomas is still obsessed with Hope and he wants Zoe to dig for intel from Thomas about his feelings for Hope. And Steffy is hoping that Zoe finds that Thomas has truly moved on.
Right now, Zoe is willingly going along with Steffy and Liam’s plan, mostly because she wanted her job back at Forrester Creations and she was willing to do anything to make that happen. But her feelings for Thomas are going to complicate things. It seems that the closer she gets to Thomas, the stronger her feelings for him are going to grow. And that leads us to wonder whether Zoe is just getting set up for a major heartbreak.
Well, it seems that Brooke Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) will soon find out about Liam and Steffy’s plan, and about Zoe’s central role in that plan. And she’ll quickly realize that Liam and Steffy’s plan is setting up Zoe for major heartbreak. Of course, Brooke firmly believes that Thomas isn’t at all reformed and that he’s still obsessed with Hope. She can clearly see the writing on the wall – that Zoe will probably get in over her head and wind up hurt by Thomas.
So, it looks like Zoe might end up being collateral damage of both Thomas’ plot and Liam and Steffy’s plot. And that leads us to wonder what Zoe might do as she starts to realize she’s being used all the way around. She’ll simultaneously want both Thomas and her job at Forrester, but in the end, she could wind up with neither if she winds up betraying Liam and Steffy. Something tells us that this will end up being messy and Zoe may be the big loser here.
