The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Monday, January 14, tease that Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) will react to a shocker. In Friday’s Y&R episode, Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) confesses the stunning truth. She reveals that she’s the one who killed J.T. Hellstrom (Thad Luckinbill), so Nick will have some questions on Monday.
Nikki will admit she was protecting Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) from J.T.’s attack. She’ll leave Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) and Phyllis Summers (Gina Tognoni) out of the burial portion of this story, so that’ll be another secret to come out later. The Young and the Restless spoilers say Nick will certainly have a lot to wrap his head around.
Later, Nick will meet back up with Victor Newman (Eric Braeden). Since he’ll know the real story, he’ll want talk to Victor about it and figure out a different plan of attack. They’ll still want to find out who’s framing Victor for J.T.’s murder, but they’ll join forces to protect Nikki, too.
This whole ordeal will continue to bring Victor and Nick closer. The tension is lifting between these two, so at least something good is coming out of the J.T. drama. Meanwhile, Y&R fans will see some awkwardness. On Friday, January 11, Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso) sleeps in a motel bed with Sharon thanks to their car troubles. He doesn’t mention Sharon’s with him in his phone call to his wife.
Mia Rosales (Noemi Gonzalez) finds out anyway, so she’s sure to test Rey on Monday. She’ll grill Rey about his night out of town and presumably try to catch him in a lie. However, Mia should really be careful about causing a fuss. Her steamy moments with Arturo Rosales (Jason Canela) have been far less innocent. Both Rey and Mia are clearly struggling to stay loyal, so their marriage may fall apart soon enough.
