The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for the next two weeks tease that some heated confrontations will go down. During the week of July 29-August 2, Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso) will continue to view Sharon Newman’s (Sharon Case) bond with Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) as a mistake. He’ll insist he can’t save Sharon if she insists on going down this dangerous path.
Rey will also rip into Adam for exploiting Sharon’s helpful nature and treating her like prey. Adam will imply that he’s the hunted, not the hunter. When it comes to Sharon, she always seeks Adam out eventually. Sharon just can’t stay away for too long!
Over with Michael Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc), he’ll gain the upper hand on Adam and hope he can keep it. The Young and the Restless spoilers say Michael will plan to run for DA, and it looks like he’ll convince Christine Williams (Lauralee Bell) to step down sooner than she planned. Paul Williams (Doug Davidson) will show his support for Christine as she looks to the future and seeks a new path.
Speaking of a new path, Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) and Tessa Porter (Cait Fairbanks) will be glad they’re on one. They’ve been through a lot together, so they’ll have a little celebration at Society to acknowledge their new chapter. Y&R didn’t do anything for “Teriah’s” actual anniversary, but this celebration will happen just a couple days before the second anniversary of their first kiss. Maybe that’ll tie in with the festivities.
Over with Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson), he’ll take a sleeping pill and wind up all the way across town. Billy will find himself feeling haunted on the floor of the Chancellor mansion. He won’t have a clue how he ended up there, but he’ll check out that peeling wallpaper once more while he’s there. This time Billy will see the words “STOP ADAM,” so he’ll feel like he’s losing it as his rage for Adam grows.
Billy will come clean to Victoria Newman while Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) carries out some shady business dealings, so there’s sure to be plenty of action. During the week of August 5-9, Adam and Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) will have an intense showdown. The Young and the Restless spoilers say Adam will level a serious threat, but Nick will undoubtedly find a way to fire back against his deadly enemy – who happens to be his brother!
Next, Abby Newman (Melissa Ordway) and Summer Newman (Hunter King) will face off. Y&R fans can expect quite an argument, which may involve Theo Vanderway (Tyler Vanderway). He’ll be pitching in on the hotel lounge, but something Abby does won’t go over well with Summer – and Abby won’t appreciate Summer’s behavior either. Theo could get caught in the middle of the conflict.
The Young and the Restless spoilers say Theo will also face Phyllis’ grilling session. Will Phyllis hear something suspicious and wonder about Kyle Abbott’s (Michael Mealor) time in New York? This secret is destined to spread sooner or later, but Theo may blab just enough to keep Phyllis intrigued.
Finally, Sharon will struggle with temptation. It sounds like passion could erupt between Adam and Sharon before you know it! We’ll give you updates as other Y&R news comes in.
