The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Wednesday, November 27, tease that Theo Vandeway’s (Tyler Johnson) Jabot invasion will kick off – at least it’ll seem that way to Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor). Theo will be full of new ideas for the social media department, so he should impress Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) right off the back. It won’t be long until Kyle’s struggling to hold his tongue over lingering resentment.
Kyle promised Lola Abbott (Sasha Calle) that he’d put the feud to rest and give Kyle a chance to be the man he wants to be. Of course, that was before Kyle knew he’d have to work with the guy! Kyle could avoid Theo before, but now he’ll have to see his face every day when he walks through Jabot’s doors. Summer Newman (Hunter King) will naturally be caught in the middle of all this, which should be tricky for her.
When Theo was all set to accept Ashley Abbott’s (Eileen Davidson) job in Paris, Summer was surprisingly cool with it. She was supportive and didn’t seem very broken up about losing her boy toy. Theo’s decision to stay, however, will most definitely cause issues for Summer. She won’t like seeing Kyle stressed out at work, and she probably won’t like having Theo around all the time either.
Jabot is supposed to be Summer’s safe Kyle haven – a Theo-free zone where she can decompress with her closest friend. Theo’s taking that away from Summer, so part of her may be annoyed with him for that. Regardless, Y&R spoilers say Jack’s decision to hire Theo will come with some pitfalls.
Other Young and the Restless spoilers say Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) and Chelsea Newman (Melissa Claire Egan) will face a life adjustment. They’ll get a relationship reality check as Chelsea returns home briefly and dashes back out the door. She’ll be eager to get back to Adam Newman’s (Mark Grossman) penthouse for more family time.
It’s clear that Connor Newman (Judah Mackey) is struggling and has to be the priority right now. Chelsea will pack a bag and move in with Adam until Connor settles down, but who knows when that’ll be? Nick will assure Chelsea that he knows Connor comes first, but he’ll undoubtedly battle some worries. He’s already expressed concern about Adam manipulating Chelsea through Connor, so those fears should creep up again.
The Young and the Restless spoilers say Nick and Chelsea may keep growing apart, but Adam and Chelsea will be closer than they’ve been in years. We’ll give you updates as other Y&R news comes in.
