The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that Summer Newman (Hunter King) will continue to have some summer fun with Theo Vanderway (Tyler Johnson).
Of course, Summer will also face some drama thanks to Phyllis Summers’ (Gina Tognoni, now Michelle Stafford) disappearance. She’ll be caught up in that for a bit, but maybe that’ll allow her to grow closer to Theo in time.
Summer certainly won’t be leaning on Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor)! He’ll try to get to the bottom of what’s bothering Summer in the week ahead, but Summer won’t have it. She’ll tell Kyle to mind his own business and send him off to complain to Lola Rosales (Sasha Calle).
Kyle Abbott’s Self Sabotage
This is a step in the right direction for Summer, who lost some of her fire when she was with Kyle. She became weak and needy, but that was then and this is now.
The Young and the Restless spoilers say Summer will still cause some “Kola” issues, but it sounds like that’ll mostly be Kyle’s self-sabotage. He could easily stir up some jealousy in Lola if he remains stuck on Summer and all her problems.
As for Summer, perhaps she stands a chance at happiness with Theo. Now that they’ve shared several scenes together and even hit the sheets, it’s a good time to assess their chemistry. Are you feeling this pairing? Do you think Theo and Summer have real potential?
Are They The Right Match?
Some fans out there are enjoying Summer and Theo’s spark. “Loving them,” said one Young and the Restless viewer. “Rather see Summer living it up and having fun with someone who appreciates her!” “Yes million times Yes,” said another Y&R watcher. “Such a great looking couple.”
Other fans aren’t convinced that Theo and Summer are the right match. “I would say no, don’t see any chemistry,” one viewer admitted. Another fan said, “I’m not convinced on him yet…” There’s even a third group that really doesn’t care as long as Summer leaves “Kola” alone. It’s all in how you look at it!
