Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that Hope Brady (Kristian Alfonso) is clearly falling for Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) again. Days viewers know Hope recently teamed up with Rafe on a David Ridgeway (Kyler Ends) rescue mission. That led to some terrifying moments when Zoey Burge’s (Alyshia Osche) gun went off, which nearly left Rafe with a gunshot wound.
Hope was definitely rattled and fearful in that moment. After Rafe suddenly left work early in Monday’s DOOL episode, Hope expressed concern then as well. She dropped by to check on Rafe, which led to some chemistry-filled moments and longing looks. Whatever Hope’s feeling, Rafe seems to be feeling it, too!
Of course, part of Hope may worry about going back down this road. Hope and Rafe’s relationship has fallen apart before – and that meant a lot of pain. If it ends in disaster all over again, that could ruin Rafe and Hope’s friendship. Neither one of them wants that, so getting back together would mean making some risky, difficult decisions.
Hope may be especially wary since she’s already been through so many tough losses and splits. Ever since Bo died, Hope’s never been hit with crisis after crisis. Some of those involve romance and others didn’t, but the main thing here is Hope will be scared and confused. That sounds like the perfect opportunity for Bo to pay Hope a visit in spirit form!
Could Bo appear to Hope like he has in the past? Hope might have a dream or vision of Bo if Peter Reckell filmed a sneaky appearance that hasn’t leaked yet. It’d be great if Bo could encourage Hope to look in her heart and realize what’s really holding her back.
Whether that’s fear of losing Rafe once more or something else, Bo could offer some solid advice and help Hope move forward.
Rafe will be heading off canvas down the road, so that certainly puts a damper on this potential reunion with Hope. Even so, it looks like Hope and Rafe could be poised to be a Days of Our Lives couple again – if only for a short time. We’ll keep you posted as other DOOL news and updates become available.
