Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) will lay down the law with Victor Kiriakis (John Aniston) during the week of May 18-22. DOOL fans know Brady was forced to say an emotional goodbye to Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) and Rachel Black in Paris. Brady insisted he could talk to Victor and convince him to drop the charges, but Kristen just didn’t believe Victor would listen.
Although Brady ultimately agreed it was best to let Kristen and Rachel go, he’d be crazy not to at least try to talk some sense into Victor. Of course, Days viewers will recall that Victor was stabbed and nearly died because of Kristen’s vengeful actions. He has a right to want justice for that in a way, but there are extenuating circumstances here.
Kristen was a wreck after she thought her baby died, especially when so many dreams and deep feelings persisted. It was like Rachel was still calling out to Kristen – letting her know she was alive and ready to be her daughter.
That had to have been confusing and excruciating to a grieving mother. Kristen must’ve felt like she was losing it, so it’s no surprise that she did lose it on Victor in the aftermath!
We can understand that Victor wanted to protect Maggie Kiriakis (Suzanne Rogers), but the price of doing so was awfully steep. Victor hates Kristen anyway, but this isn’t just about her.
How could Victor stand by and watch his own grandson grieve for a child that was still alive? This is one of the coldest things Victor has ever done, so Brady may remind Victor of that in their upcoming conversation.
When Brady lays down the law, he may present Victor with an ultimatum. Brady might argue that although Kristen shouldn’t have resorted to attempted murder, she was driven to it. Since Victor helped with a plot to steal Brady and Kristen’s baby, Brady may think they should just call it even.
Brady might contend that if Victor ever wants a real relationship with his grandson again, he’ll drop the charges so the “Bristen” family can be together. Kristen and Rachel could come back to Salem if Victor would agree to that, but Days spoilers suggest Kristen will inevitably be right.
Victor’s a stubborn old mule and won’t be willing to back down on this. Although Brady’s bound to be disappointed by Victor’s refusal, he’ll just shift his strategy in handling Victor.
Since Victor won’t be willing to compromise, Days of Our Lives spoilers say Brady will seek revenge with Sarah Horton’s (Linsey Godfrey) help. DOOL fans can expect some shockers as a result of that plot, so stay tuned. We’ll pass along other news and updates as they come in.
