Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that Ciara Brady Weston’s (Victoria Konefal) future is in jeopardy. Everything looks pretty hopeless to the loved ones Ciara left behind, so we’ll see more mourning in the coming weeks.
Doug Williams (Bill Hayes) and Julie Williams (Susan Seaforth Hayes) will grieve on October 30, so the loss of Ciara will still be stirring up strong emotions.
Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson) will certainly face more grief as he seeks revenge on Vincent Belman (Michael Teh). Days spoilers say Ciara’s presumed death will leave a gaping hole in the hearts of those who knew her best.
Of course, a leaked audition video leaked the next step of Ciara’s storyline. Ciara is alive in captivity, but her captor’s working for Vincent and has no intention of letting her go free. With that in mind, we should consider how Ciara might wiggle out of his jam.
We can think of one potential ticket to freedom – and that’s a “Cin” baby! If Ciara were pregnant, then her bun in the oven would grow while she was being held hostage. Once Ciara was ready to give birth, that baby would come whether her captor liked it or not.
It’s possible Ciara is indeed expecting Ben’s baby, so let’s consider what that would mean for Ciara. The captor Ciara hired might arrange for a home birth, but what if something goes wrong – or perhaps the baby comes early?
There are certainly some good reasons why this might turn into an emergency situation that lands Ciara at the hospital.
As scary and horrible as that would be, it would finally get Ciara out of captivity. Ciara might wind up sneaking out of the hospital the first chance she got with her new son or daughter.
Although Ciara might have to weigh the risks, it’s easy to imagine Ciara bolting as long as the baby was stable enough.
Since Days of Our Lives is letting this captivity story play out, they might as well let Ciara come back with a surprise child for Ben. DOOL writers will need a scenario that leads to Ciara’s freedom eventually, so a baby and a hospital trip could set that in motion.
