Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers reveal that fans are still reeling over the news that Stacy Haiduk is out as Kristen DiMera. It’s such a strange way to end this baby saga – and there was no previous indication that Kristen would be leaving the show. However, there could be a good reason nothing ever pointed to Haiduk exiting. It’s most likely because Kristen may not be off canvas for long!
Back in November, Galen Gering (Rafe Hernandez) posted a pic in his Instagram story. At the time, everyone’s eyes were focused on Brandon Barash (Stefan DiMera, Jake Lambert). The pic served as confirmation that Barash was indeed back on set, so Gering quickly realized his mistake and deleted it.
That pic could be important now for a different reason. It was a group photo in the stairwell – and a smiling Stacy Haiduk was right in the middle of it. Of course, it’s possible Gering took this pic before Haiduk left and waited to post it, but that would be pretty weird.
Instead, it seems like Gering took a photo on set and immediately put it in an Instagram story, which would make far more sense. If Gering indeed took this pic in November, that’s when DOOL would’ve been shooting scenes for July.
Since Haiduk’s in the pic, that means Kristen will probably be back this summer. We have every reason to believe that based on the evidence. Let’s consider another clue about Haiduk’s return.
Freddie Smith (Sonny Kiriakis) recently had Haiduk as a guest on The Freddie and Alyssa Show, which Smith makes with his wife. Based on Haiduk’s comments about working on Days, it certainly sounded like she was still there before the forced COVID-19 hiatus. Haiduk didn’t say anything to suggest she was off the show beforehand.
The story itself is also a huge indicator that Kristen will be back. Days of Our Lives spoilers say Kristen will vanish with Rachel DiMera Black, but she can’t stay on the run forever. That’s not fair to Brady Black (Eric Martsolf), who already doesn’t get to raise Tate Black (Colin and Kyle Schroeder) thanks to Theresa Donovan (Jen Lilley).
Theresa scored full custody and moved Tate across the country. Kristen’s making her escape with Brady’s daughter. Will Brady ever get to raise his own children?! Thankfully, it appears Brady may at least get that chance with Rachel.
From the sound of things, Kristen will probably get caught and hauled back to Salem with her little girl. Maybe then Brady can focus on getting Kristen off the hook. Days of Our Lives spoilers say some exciting developments are on the way, so stay tuned.
