Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers reveal that Kristian Alfonso’s final episode as Hope Brady is coming up. Although Alfonso didn’t know it’d be her last, she later opted not to return when Days resumed production. As luck would have it, Alfonso’s final scenes will still serve as a somewhat fitting conclusion to Hope’s latest arc.
We’ve got a preview of what you can expect on Alfonso’s final airdate, which is Wednesday, October 14. Unfortunately, Hope’s about to face total devastation. Days of Our Lives spoilers say Shawn Brady (Brandon Beemer) will get updates on some new evidence in the Ciara Brady Weston (Victoria Konefal) case – and it won’t be good news.
Shawn will bring Hope an envelope to open at her house, so she’ll be fearful about what’s inside. Vincent Belman (Michael Teh) claimed he shot Ciara dead before the car exploded – and a bullet was indeed missing from his gun.
However, there was a discrepancy since the initial forensic report didn’t match up with the crime scene photos. Hope thought she saw a bullet casing in the pic, but there was no mention of it in the report.
What Shawn delivers may be confirmation that the bullet casing was simply missed in the initial investigation. Shawn will likely prove that the casing was in the car, which will make it seem like Vincent’s story adds up.
Reality will hit for Hope as she accepts that her daughter is really gone. It’ll be a brutal realization for Hope, who already had to go through losing her son, Zack Brady (last played by Scott Shilstone). Hope will get some comfort from Shawn, who’ll pull his mom close and try to figure out exactly what to say.
Unfortunately, there won’t be much that’ll ease Hope’s pain in this moment. Days of Our Lives spoilers state that Hope will begin to grieve as she gazes at Ciara’s framed picture. Hope will clutch it to her chest and eventually request some time alone.
DOOL fans can expect Hope to get down on the floor as she continues to wrap her head around this crushing loss. Hope will stay focused on that Ciara pic and wonder how her beautiful daughter’s life could be taken so quickly.
It sounds like Hope’s final episode will end on a terrible note, but it’ll be a good place to leave off since her absence will make sense. Days can just have Shawn or someone else say that Hope needed time away to deal with her grief.
Still, it’s a shame Hope’s last scenes will be so somber! On the bright side, Ciara isn’t really dead based on all the behind-the-scenes info. Victoria Konefal will reprise the role sooner or later, so Hope’s assumption that Ciara’s gone forever will be wrong.
