Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that the baby swap truth will ultimately be revealed. Xander Kiriakis (Paul Telfer) and Victor Kiriakis (John Aniston) can only keep this cover-up going for so long! Sooner or later, this secret will explode and cause some major Days drama in Salem.
DOOL fans can naturally expect heartbreak for Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey), who’ll realize her true daughter died the night she was born. Mackenzie “Mickey” Horton is actually Kristen DiMera’s (Stacy Haiduk) baby with Brady Black (Eric Martsolf).
What happens once Sarah faces that shocker? What will her full reaction look like? Sarah may find herself in denial initially, but a DNA test will serve as confirmation.
However, Sarah could still stand her ground and try to fight for Mickey. After all, Kristen has a pretty rough history and caused Haley Chen’s (Thia Megia) death not too long ago. She didn’t go to prison for that, but we could still see Sarah rant about killer Kristen and how she shouldn’t be a mother.
Kristen has proven that she tends to spiral out of control when she’s angry. If she does something outrageous in the aftermath of the big reveal, that might give Sarah more ammunition.
There’s also the matter of Brady’s judgment when it comes to Kristen. Sarah might try to argue that neither of them are fit parents out of desperation.
Of course, none of this would hold up in court. Brady and Kristen’s child was stolen from them, so they deserve a sweet reunion with Rachel Isabella DiMera Black.
That won’t stop Sarah from freaking out and potentially having a brief war with Kristen, but Days spoilers say Sarah will eventually need to settle down and face the facts. She’ll have no choice but to hand over Mickey and let her biological parents raise her.
