Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that Xander Kiriakis (Paul Telfer) will be feeling down in the dumps. DOOL fans know Xander blew it again by suggesting that Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) could adopt Allie Horton’s (Lindsay Arnold) baby. Sarah naturally viewed it as Xander trying to replace Mackenzie “Mickey” Horton and lashed out.
During the week of July 6-10, Xander will turn to Jack Deveraux (Matthew Ashford) again. Jack’s becoming a surprising confidant to Xander – whether he wants to be one or not! Xander will once again pester Jack, so this may lead to some venting.
Perhaps Xander will argue that Sarah took his gesture the wrong way, but Jack might counter that Xander needs to stop being so pushy.
Jack will probably understand Sarah’s perspective and suggest that Xander’s trying too hard. Sarah appreciated the simplicity and thoughtfulness of Mackenzie’s headstone, but Xander had to go and mess it up by trying to get her another baby.
Maybe Jack will think Xander should stop sabotaging himself and let Sarah come to him instead. If Sarah and Xander are meant to be together, then they will be. As for Sarah, she’ll get into an argument with Victor Kiriakis (John Aniston). Days of Our Lives spoilers say Victor will rush to Xander’s defense, which may initially make things worse.
After all, Victor was Xander’s partner in crime on the baby swap plot. Sarah probably won’t be happy about Victor weighing in at all, but Victor will insist on speaking up for Xander. He’ll think Xander deserves another chance – and his words may actually sink in for Sarah.
Days spoilers say we’re inching closer to Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson) and Ciara Brady’s (Victoria Konefal) nuptials, where Xander will sit with Sarah according to a DOOL promo. Sarah may invite Xander as her date and perhaps agree to take him back on a trial basis.
However, you can bet that Sarah will have plenty of conditions – starting with no more schemes and lies. Sarah needs a man who can be honest and stop trying to please her with crazy plans. She’s just looking for love and an appropriate level of devotion. If Xander can learn to tone down his scheming side and truly put Sarah first, they should be able to make this work.
Days of Our Lives has put a lot of time and effort into pushing Xander and Sarah back together, so it seems likely Sarah will surrender to her feelings and let passion reignite. This is hopefully building to a satisfying “Xarah” reunion, which will naturally include one in the bedroom as well.
