Days of Our Lives Spoilers: Thursday, September 3 Recap - Vincent’s Payback For Ben's Murder of Wendy Taylor - Belle Slaps Sami

Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers recap for Thursday, September 3. reveal that Jan Spears (Heather Lindell) approached Shawn Brady (Brandon Beemer) and Belle Black (Martha Madison) at the hospital.

Shawn and Belle were horrified but quickly learned that Jan was released from Shady Pines Hospital in New York. Jan explained how Sami Brady (Alison Sweeney) got her released to be the star witness in the custody case. Jan walked off, and Belle fumed.

In the chapel, Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) was praying for John when Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan) came in. Eric and Brady reunited, and Eric told Brady all about what Sami had done to Nicole Brady (Arianne Zucker) in court earlier.

Brady shared that he has been off with Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) and Rachel Black, and Eric asked how Rachel was doing. Soon, Brady took off for the Salem Inn while Eric stayed to pray.

At the police station, Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson) remained hypnotized and remembered that Vincent (Michael Teh) had been in the dorm room with him and Ciara Weston (Victoria Konefal).

Ben recalled how he turned on Vincent and attacked him instead of Ciara, but then Vincent stabbed him with a syringe. Ben recalled passing out.

Somewhere, Ciara woke up and asked Vincent where she was. Ciara then remembered Vincent stabbing Ben with the syringe in the dorm room and Ben passing out. Ciara also remembered that Vincent grabbed her and stabbed her with a syringe also.

Ciara asked why Vincent brought her here, and Vincent said that it had nothing to do with money or with Eve Donovan (Kassie DePaiva).

Vincent revealed that he was in love with Wendy Taylor (Denice Duff), the midwife that Ben had shot and killed back when Ben was dangerous. Ciara was sorry for Vincent’s loss, and Vincent lamented that Wendy was seldom even mentioned in the news.

“Your husband disposed of her like trash and you let him get away with it. How do you live with yourself?” Vincent asked.

Ciara said that she was sorry about what happened to Wendy, and Vincent fired back that something didn’t “happen” to Wendy – rather, she was murdered in cold blood by Ben. Ciara cried, and Vincent said that Ben took away the love of his life, and now he was going to return the favor.

Back at the police station, Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) brought Ben out of hypnosis, and Hope Brady (Kristian Alfonso) entered and got up to speed on Vincent having Ciara.

Hope exited to put out a search for Vincent and Ciara, and Ben thanked Marlena for her help. Later, Hope said she’d talk with Eve once Eve was back from her arraignment, and together Hope and Ben wondered why Vincent would take Ciara and what he wanted with her.

Back at the hospital, Marlena arrived to find Shawn and Belle still reeling from seeing Jan. Marlena shared the news about Ben and Vincent, and Belle took off to go see Sami.

Shawn got Marlena up to speed on what Sami did at the hearing with Jan, and suddenly Jan walked up and wondered if Marlena would be her therapist. Marlena said curtly that she wasn’t looking for patients and walked off, and Jan said a few words to Shawn and left.

Marlena headed to the chapel, where Eric was sitting quietly. Marlena told Eric that she heard what Sami pulled in court earlier, and she comforted Eric.

Meanwhile, over at Marlena and John Black’s (Drake Hogestyn) penthouse, Sami and Lucas Horton (Bryan Dattilo) talked. Lucas got up to speed on what Sami did in court with Jan and Victor Kiriakis (John Aniston), and Lucas was appalled.

Soon, Belle arrived and blasted Sami for unleashing Jan on her and Shawn. Sami said she did no such thing – in fact, she wasn’t even thinking about Belle when she got Jan out of Shady Pines.

Belle fumed, and the sisters argued until finally Belle slapped Sami. Sami tried to apologize, but Belle grumped that it’s too easy to say sorry after the fact. Belle left in a huff.

Finally, at the Salem Inn, Brady walked into his room and was shocked to see a purse on the desk. Kristen emerged from the bathroom, saying, “We really do have to stop meeting this way.”
